the bike is like an electric bike with no noise and engine note but i push it up a hill so i dont annoy the neighbours haha .. classic

I owned a brand new FZ6 from 2005 until 2019 until i had to give up riding due to having a stroke. It killed me to sell my FZ6 but i was getting tempted to take it for a ride out. If i didn`t have the stroke i would still have it as it was brilliant bike for commuting and rides out.

I just came across this video on my feed, looks fun but totally not legal to ride there 😜. I know exactly where that is and motorised vehicles are not allowed, though being that was nearly 9 years ago, I'm sure nothing came of it 😂 Hope you're still having fun riding, I've been knocking around on the plain recently on a 644 DS Supermoto 👍

Perhaps a bit unfair to suggest it's not a weekend bike. Any bike is fun compared to all but the most exotic cars. And this humble commuter would murder most of them. Surely that's the idea?

It doesn't exactly take brains to work out your bike's mpg! Got one of these, they do 52mpg, commuting, 56mpg touring, which us identical to the old 600 div. Btw they weigh 200kg wet, much less than a 600 bandit or cbf600

They do between 50 -60 mpg, the average being 53. That's the same the same as the old Divvie despite having much, much more top end power. BTW heavy? It's a good 20kg lighter than the 600 bandit!

ridden bikes since 1977 owed one of these for nearly 2 years great bike for everyday riding to and from work and when required and given the right revs becomes an animal , two things I would say not a first big bike as to much power plus even though handles great and power delivery is plenty the dame clutch is its only real fault clunky and harsh , mpg when ridden hard 35/40 at 70 at just under 6000 revs on motorways average 62mpg which is great.

Just bought one of these last night,, less than 8000 miles on the clock,, in great nick,,, loved your review mate,, hope I love the ride.

Stumbled across this. I have the 404DS. Done a little offroad stuff but the bike now has full road tyres on - might be a bit sketchy riding on grass now! Sounds like I'm not the only one who loves a supermoto.

Own a 2005 one and pretty much agree withyour review , don't know if you still have it but you can do an exhaust mod pr the price of a big drill bit for extra noise and doesn't effect the fueling or anything
