LOW carbs to me are Les than 20 , medium might be up tp 50 and high to me would be 80.. is that right?

I have ideas but have only begun to try to get this working and haven't lost weight yet. First of all DEFINE LOW , MEDIUM AND HIGH CARB DAYS! NO ONE HAS MADE THESE DEFINITIONS CLEAR. NO ONE! I AM JUST GUESSING. GUESSING DOESNT WORK. I am also just getting use to tracking my Calories and protein and have not been walking every day for very long so not losing weight yet is kind of ok but I do want results soon... dang it. I mean I may have lost 5 ponds but that's debatable because body weight fluctuates so I cant be sure.

To each their own, I didn’t like the U shape personally. I had swelling and carpal tunnel in third trimester and having my hands under it made my hands fall numb, and it’s so freakin huge! It’s like a person in the bed always 👎🏼

Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
