When Rodney sees the photo of Irene and her husband on the fireplace, the photo of her husband looks nothing like the bloke we see later on fighting with Del, it's clearly not the same person and actor David Daker, looks nothing like him even with the sunglasses and hair style. Why didn't they use a photo of the actual person playing him?. Was this due to the writers using someone else to play the part at the last minute and they just forgot to change the photo?.

Please BBC, just cough up to Billy Joel's publishers and get this scene back in.

Why cut the scene when all they needed to do was to replace the song and add something else that didn't have any issues with copyright, thus saving the scene?. It makes no sense, unless they couldn't be bothering finding a suitable replaced song. I doubt that disco/dance song was played live during filming.

I saw the Bluray version of this episode, uncut, and I have to say the picture quality was stunning. Although a little flat in brightness and contrast the resolution brought out alot of details that I hadn't seen before; the shot of the pirate ship ride and the ferris wheel really stood out like a sore thumb as if it had been filmed in HD, and the bus looked glorious in the sun. You could see every detail in Del and Rodney's clothing.

I got an early induction to O.F.F.A.H. My dad watched every episode and in 92 I got married to another fanatic so I have been watching since my teens but I love watching on UK gold.

The Trotters, my favorite show, I was watching every show.

This guy ( impersonator ) of Del boy is really like him 😁😉👍👏👏👏 SADLY!!!! the others are not even close in looks or sound SHAME!!! But, this guy has shown he has lots of strange but, wonderful a bit too naughty sense of humour. 😁😁😄😄😄😄😆😆😆😆 But, all in good fun especially when he shows up at weddings & causes havoc. 😁😄😆👍👏👏👏 He is really good at the voice & the clothes are a bonus. 😉👍👏👏👏👏

Such fond memories of the whole family sitting watching this and us all in stitches, laughing so hard our sides ached! Great british comedy.

What a great watch that was! Some true legends there

“Has anyone seen my hat?” Is actually a very very important line in history of the show. It shows that no matter what tragedy might befall the Trotters, might befall the cast, the humour is still alive. How brilliant how clever, to so poignantly throw a clear symbol of a character (grandads hat) into his grave with him, only for the audience to realize it was the vicars hat instead. That line, Has anyone seen my hat? probably saved the show, and proved it could still be funny despite such a sad loss.

I dont remember this scene word for word exactly so forgive if bits are wrong. Rodney: me and mickey going into self catering holiday trade. Del: on 200 nicker? Rodney: yeah we are starting small. Grandad: what you got a Wendy house? 😂😂😂 This scene makes me laugh everytime even now I have a huge smile.😊. This show was very rare. Made you laugh, made you cry, got serious, took the mickey but no matter the seriousness of that episodes storyline it was always able to keep the funny.

I always forget how well spoken Nicholas Lyndhurst is. I haven't really enjoyed his other programmes but I think he was absolutely born to pay Rodney, accent is spot on

Loved Grandad and Albert on OFAH for different reasons, shame never saw them together. So glad for Buster that it brought him joy in his later life. Seems like a decent guy too.

Shame such good working collegues & also such good friends have drifted apart after all the many years they got along with each other. & created such AWESOME comedy for all of us to be entertained by them. But, i suppose everything sadly has come to a end. Some mothers do av m & on the buses all came to their sad ends in their own ways. Comedy shows now by comparison are a right load of OLD TAT as Del Boy would say now. BORING, & FULL of American USELESS so called comedians in them The only American show that was really funny 😁😁😁😁😁🤣🤣🤣 was Married with children. NOTHING ELSE!!!! & STILL NOTHING SINCE!!!! No wonder buying a DVD or 3 or the odd box collection every so often is the only way to enjoy some real good comedy not on tv anymore & hasn't been for the past 20years or so. 😡👎 & I very much doubt anyone can prove or convince me otherwise.
