I love the look of the kit. I love the sound of and general approach to the cymbals. I want to purchase a new e-kit in the next month AND I would be willing to pay premium. Still, I hate to say it, but: I don´t think it will be the Alchem-E. Even without all the mis-triggering, which I think will be solved with firmware-updates until it's release; The sounds of the toms are awful. They sound on par with an entry-level e-Kit for 1/10 to 1/20 of the price. I think that´s unacceptable.

I buffed some of the shine on my S hats, now I just imagine it to sound darker. I never had b20 hi hats, but b12 sure is ear piercing!
