Budget ball without mentioning the Kirkland is a mistake. Also not including the DTCs is, I believe a mistake. For $32 a dozen I would put Vice Pro/Pro Plus up against any ball regardless of price...and you can get them at Walmart.

I have a newer Callaway with Grand Bassara sub-50gm shaft and I have the loft modified to 8 degrees in a draw biased setting. My ball comes off low and hot with a little bit of cut spin. I don’t know for sure but I feel like the offset is making me naturally keep my hands ahead of the ball at impact, I need my hands ahead to get the ball to work left to right and I’ve hit my best drives this year with the club set to a draw bias with less loft. I think I create enough dynamic loft in my swing to get away with 8 degrees of loft, been gaming a lower lofted driver for years but the offset is a new idea and it’s been working for a little while now…

8 iron stand closer toe down putting stroke

A small trick always like to use to keep scores low and rounds fast: whenever I hit the green and my ball is 10’ or further from the hole, I pick up my ball, call it a 2 putt and go to the next hole. Anything under 10’ I also pick up and call it good. Works every time

There's an old boy I know who plays the "chip and run" for every shot. 400 yard par 4 200 yards off the tee 150 yard lay up. 50 yard chip and run to about 5 feet then just knock it into the hole... While everyone else is walking off with a bogey or worse because they are trying to play every shot like a tour level tv reel...😆

Mr. Parfield's reviews of Hollow-Iron-Power-Bats first alerted me to the importance of NORTH/SOUTH dispersion. I had always thought dispersion only applied to right/left (east/west).

PS this is a great ball with a firm green side feel like a PRO V1 X

Srixon soft feel is my favourite.

I really like the Tru Feel golf balls. Always feel nice off the club and are great around greens. If I was going to upgrade I think it would be to the Tour soft.

Honestly the new Vice Drive 2024 is pretty similar to the TruFeel, but half the cost.
