We had the opportunity to not only try the NEW Chimichanga at Pym's Test Kitchen, but we also got to see Deadpool ride out on his unicorn with Wolverine close behind! it was definitely a fun and memorable day!

Yes, if you aren't attending the event, they will kick regular daytime guests out. They wristband and check those attending

I'm finally gonna get to go!! Thank you for all the information. I just have one question about entering the event. That day, we'll be in California Adventure already. Do we have to exit and reenter?
You're very welcome!! We love to make the process smooth for everyone because there is trial and error. In the past, as it gets closer to Oogie Boogie Bash (so around 2:30pm), they will hand out wristbands so you can stay in as they make the transition to remove all the regular guests. Not sure if they are going to change this process this year, but you can usually get wristbands towards the front gate.

I got my tickets. I got in queue for tickets at 8:55am and I was able to get into disneys site to order my tickets at 2:00pm. This is my first time going and I am Super Excited. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 ❤❤❤❤

Yes you can! You would of course need a park ticket and reservation or if you're a key holder, just a reservation. But yes! You can go as a regular guest before
Tip: If you like the Halloween merch. I don't recommend going on October 31st because they start to roll in the Christmas merch for the next day. You only find a small percentage of Halloween merchandise. And in my opinion it loses it's luster because you start to see christmas.
This is great advice as well!! I agree! Disney is very quick when it comes to holiday transitions. It does feel like they don't give you the chance to fully enjoy the holiday before they start to incorporate Christmas decorations
