Bama will win 8 confirmed games. UGA is a toss-up. They could get possibly upset by TN, LSU, and OK, All those games are away, and in "hostile" environments. DeBoer may get lucky and win one, maybe two of those, but I doubt it. Welcome to the SEC!!!

A few notes, OU has the 2024 #1 running back out of high school coming in and playing this year in Taylor Tatum. Also, Bill Bedenbaugh is widely known as the top offensive line coach in the country. Lastly, for the past 24 years, in the Big 12, OU has been everyone's Super Bowl week-in and week-out and get their best shot. This is nothing new for OU as you seem to subscribe to. Even the Kansas and other schools alike are not welcoming and if OU came in over-confident, they would be in a tough fight until the end. OU knows how to play in those games when applying your Auburn example.
I know that RB knows how to run the ball. Being he will be a TrFr does he know what it is to pass block? Doubt he was ever called on to do it in high school. If he's in there just to run it the defense will pick up on that pretty quick. Guarantee you there are a dozen SEC RBs better. More proven. It's ONE thing to get best shots from teams that have nowhere near sooner roster. Its a whole new ball game when its 5-6 teams every year that's right up there or better than your boys. Vandy has the worst SEC roster heading into '24. It was rated #42 in composite roster standings. That's better than 7 of the xii teams still there in '24 Highest rated xii roster was #31 tcu. Big BIG step up in competition week to week in conference.
I see a lot of talk about how much tougher the SEC is over everyone else week-in and week-out. I just do not buy it. Statistically, the Big 12 has had the highest scoring dogfight type games week in-and week-out. I am not saying that the big 12 is the best conference at all. I am also not saying that OU is the best team this year. I would be very happy if they went 9-3 for example. I am just saying, the defense will not have as many high pressure defensive battles against high scoring offenses week-in and week-out. It was as-if many of those Big 12 defenses are playing 2 games in one in terms of offensive plays against? Something that the SEC for sure cannot say and are probably 4th on the list of all of the conferences in that respect? What if it is a welcomed change for OU to not have to be in a dog fight aerial battle every week and they end up doing very well due to their past experience from the Big 12? I just think that there needs to be a wait and see attitude instead of the pretentious, we are the best attitude that most SEC fans have over other conferences and that OU has no idea how o be prepared or this. Note that I am also an OU fan and we are joining the conference.

@scottturner1504 I try to tell people, Georgia is only another clemson. Remember when people were saying that Clemson was the next Bama and so on...well although they had a good run, they went right back to being just a pretty good team. The same will happen to Georgia because of their schedule finally getting tougher. Plus, I believe that Deboer will be the reason Kirby heads to the NFL. If Kirby continues to lose to Bama with Deboer, the pressure will be too much for Kirby to stay at Georgia for the time being

LSUs defense gave TDs and first downs away like they were on the clearance rack. But I’ll say this… they only lost games to QBs that could extend plays and drives on 3rd down by scrambling. If a QB stayed in the pocket LSU mainly Perkins and Womack collected a lot of sacks.

You literally said “he’s got a lot of blame cause of some of their failure” lol. And he’s not new, he’s been at OU for a decade, and he’s arguably the best OL coach in the nation. He has the most and the highest paid Linemen in the NFL right now You then made it seem like last years OL wasn’t good “sounds like they just weren’t good” when three of them went to the NFL and one of them got poached to start for Missouri. One of the two returning starters is a potential 1st rounder this year, one of the guys who went last year was a 1st rounder, and one before that was a 1st rounder. Don't worry about Oklahoma they will be just fine
4 of the 5 starting OL leaving went to the draft... And Midzou through the bag at the fifth through transfer portal. We not worried about OL, we always have high draft turn over, but arguably the best OL coach in college football. Only questions OU fans have is at TE. Tempo management, constantly running RPO, and tightening up between the 20's, special teams.... And finding a kicker, any kicker. And lastly if Jackson Arnold can get his timing dialed in to a faster college ball and get comfortable before the meat of the schedule. And truthfully most fans not overly worried about any of these outside of finding a kicker, we down bad in that area. Now, as far as your predictions... We aren't loosing to texASS we beat them 7 out of the last 9 years... We not loosing to midzou we have historically made them our punching bag. And we have one of the highest at home win percentages in the entire county... So I am optimistic that TN also has new QB coming to our Palace. I expect Bama to have a slight step back. And by the time we get to our hardest environment or new OL and JA will have their feet under them. Not saying we go undefeated but I expect us to go 10-2 at worse 9-3... and Tuck Fexas!
