Tip: I always have my passwords (about 10) saved in iPhone “Notes” which I can access easily, and also I carry a hard copy with me for ease of use when I travel. I have no need for encrypted password services. My password system works like this: It must be at least 15 digits, starts with a capital letter ie “F” using two easy to remember words ie “Go dog” (the second word encompassed by symbols, folleowed by four digits ie “1234”, and ending with two digits (a letter and number) ie t2. The security you have is that the four digit easy to remember numbers and the last two security digits that are never written down or saved in iPhone “Notes”. Example: “Easy pay” would be Easy#pay#1122g9 This method allows you to remember any password, and take centuries to crack.

Four non-random words. A hacker using a list of 10,000 common words ^ 4 = 10,000,000,000,000,000 possibilities. Assuming one hundred billion guesses per second ~ <2 days.

Love how you show that a bullet-journal doesn't need drawings and excessive decoration and doesn't have to be super time consuming. I really like this minimalistic, efficient approach and it looks a lot less intimidating for beginners.

Love the gmail tips! This is an interesting take on using search as an alternative to folders. Personally, I use rules/folders not for locating email but for processing unread messages more efficiently. Gmail has some great built-in options for auto sorting incoming email, but I prefer grouping things into specific folders so I can ignore 90% of inbound email until I'm ready to batch certain types of pre-sorted messages (i.e. receipts, topical email lists, alerts/notifications from collaborative tools, etc.). I think a video on how to setup folders/rules for this purpose could be interesting to some users too.
