It has been completed and it's the tallest house in agbor😅

For the discipline aspect, I love it! You need to see how convenant university students dress. The guys are dressed in corporate shirts and pants with tie and corporate shoes. Some add waist coat. And the ladies are so formally dressed. The sight is breath taking. Their discipline is on another level. Public universities needs to do more in regards to discipline and code of conduct.

Environmental factors would affect the growth of the school in the longrun. And the tuition is quite expensive.. coupled with the terrible environmental conditions, prospective students, would weigh the options and go for other schools with better conditions. The school management should look into all these factors and find a way to solve them.

I think if the school can provide hostels, more people will aspire to come to the school. Because from the views of the students, outside the school is a NO NO. From accomodation to relationship with the indigenes, to the water. That's a lot of discouraging factors So if basic things like accomodation with clean and healthy water is found within the confines, of the school, It should be a perfect school for people like us that don't like stress.

That building belong to the Late Pa Odeh who was originally from the Bini Tribe but migrated to Agbor where he established a successful business and lived a prosperous life. One of his sons was called Wilson.
