in what program was the music for Unreal Tournament written?
Impulse Tracker for the MS-DOS
If you have the game files you can actually just stick the files in impulse tracker and it will play them. I think they don't have the usual .it extension, but should be easy to find them iirc
@@ioanbotez7128On the GOTY edition of the game the music files are in .UMX format. Don't know what it is but WinAMP plays them without a problem.
You can load umx files into the editor and export them out in their original format
@@CRBarchager I just opened a .umx in a hex editor to see what's there. I'm not familiar with IT format, so I can't say I see it, but it's probably it. I see the .wav collection; they might be the address of the waveforms used for the track. The structure of the file looks like there's the header what the track uses (instrument .wav adresses), then the track itself (ie, which instrument plays on which channel) within the first 2% is the file. The rest might be the waves of the instruments.

if you're making a custom mission you have to click the blank option (on map) and then later when finished with the mission, generate (which should show this, mvm_popfile.pop) and change the name to what you need, such as mvm_coaltown_advanced3.pop. if you weren't asking that i'm sorry for wasting your time reading this.

set it to default it should generate as mvm_popfile doesnt work for rottenburg as for some reason it uses a different name for bomb iirc

when you want them to flank right from which pov do you have to look from the robots pov or the humans pov
Wait help something happened It worked just fine but since a few hours (by the time im writing this) no more robots spawn. I can start the Wave just fine and the Bomb does spawn and the Wave start just fine but no Robots spawn. I tried fixing it but i instead only made it worse. h e l p

Why dosent it work on multiplayer
i know this is weird answering to a 2 year old comment, but it is because they don't have the custom pop file so they can't access the robots. so if you want to play you would have to give them the pop file, i think.

To download the waves what ever you do DON'T PRESS THE TEST BUTTON OR ITS WILL CRASH instead to work press the generate button it worked for me
