we’re all gonna die 😂😂😂
Next visit, coffee on me
Hypnotic music :)
Is that actually the same sweater as the Dude in the Big Lebowski though?
It is 😂
I remember when Olympus brought out the body cap lens and everyone slated it. I loved it. Maybe get yourself a super cheap second hand Oly Pen camera and one of those lenses. It’ll sit in your pocket more easily. Just joined Glass and I’m enjoying.
Wonderful piece. Wonderful work.
The winter Movie by Daniel. Thank you for sharing . Beautiful
I was like what almost 1 1/2h ?!? Who is going to watch this? I did! Absolutely stunning! More please! Hint I like anything with snow in it. As well you were super lucky to get this nice weather for your trip :) Awesome shots! Are they all on Glass?
right?? lol. i was so confused at first. i’m watching it now while i work 😅
Only some! Once Series launches this summer, Daniel is gonna make a Series for each video.
@@tryglass Thank you for your reply! I found them.
@@DametteLinda Hope you have made it to the end 😀
I have noticed that it's harder for people to project nostalgia when an image is too perfect. There's less room for people to make up their on story to superimpose on reality when it's too real and accurate.
Baltimore 🙌
I totally feel you on this. My favorite setup is Fuji X-Pro 1 with a Fujifilm disposable camera lens put into an X mount body cap. Cost me less than $10 for that and it makes me just enjoy taking pictures. And I love all the photos you shared in this video, keep it up!
Local camera shop has an X-Pro 1 for sale 🤔🤔
That's the best opening line of a video I've ever encountered. Fucking genius. And encapsulates my entire photographic hobby.
Why no F or Z mount? 😭
Guess you’ll have to do the reverse - spend $2500 to be able to spend $30.
@@tryglass ahahah no thanks!
PocketDispo makes one for all mounts, including F and Z. It's 40 instead of 30 though.
Great works with Oreo .. Sweet enough 😊
I love/hate this because I'm tempted to get it
ok love!
I really love the Glass channel. I'm not here often by the way. But everything form Glass Community tend to be more human, contemplative, fun, arty... A real Human Being approach. Congrats Guys. (Proud to have been highlighted int he dog Highlights bay the way. Not that I'm feeling doggy ah ah ah)
🙏🙏 Appreciate you!
Lovely shots, and musings… Keep on keeping on!…
Wonderful work-and sad and frightening. As seen, despite us, nature will su.
My gosh! I'm watching your photos and im feeling such a sense of dread. Such a sad town or ccity.
The faded signs and the American Flags are wonderful. In some of these images it appears as if the end has already come...
I take two types of photos - photos that make me money and photos I like to take for the sake of it. Occasionally, I take photos of things I like and they also make money.
Real talk. Best one yet. Thank you
ugh, i can feel the frustration of the dishwasher. my heart goes out to you. love the selections!

DOGS
Love *everything* about this video!
Thank you Daniel , they are really precious all. Beautiful pictures.
Thanks for sharing this video! I’ve discovered that I process a lot with my photography as well, especially regular photo walks. You put it really eloquently and it makes me want to describe my photography more seriously.
Your best video yet Daniel-so excited for more and for series to bless us all!
From what you show in the video, I think your photography composition is great, and I love the colors. As a colorblind person, I don't often stumble across stuff that appears to me as beautiful.
I like this talk. I hope it helped you make better sense of things too!!
CZcams suggested your video.... it's not often that it suggests something good but this time it did miraculously. I love your work. Not surprised you got into those workshops you mention. I consider myself a professional photographer (as in I have an education in photography) but I don't do it for a living. I just love photography and do it as a creative practice. Will check Glass.
you dont need to explain it to other, and others dont need to understand it. unless you are getting paid, you are doing it for yourself. and as long as you 'get it', what ever that means. a feeling in your gut, or a fully thought out philosophy, it does not matter for others to understand. it is just for you.
I really love all the glass series. Thanks guys!
So refreshing. Thank you.
Thanks for the inspiration, Daniel. I'm a Glass member who has been struggling with just about every platform that *isn't* Glass. It's been isolating and has caused a lot of soul-searching about where online I want to be, and also how much I want to share. I haven't shared much anywhere for at least a year. This reminds me that Glass is a safe space to share. I'm excited about the series feature.
One of my fav episodes!!!! Love this man
If you're not paying for it, you're the product. On glass, you're not the product.
Just subscribed, Thanks!!
I burst out laughing at that first line. Like I’m just getting started, but I had a whole argument in my head if I could put “photographer” in my Instagram bio, and if I put “learning photography” will I ever be able to feel comfortable taking that out? I will watch your video, but I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m using it as a shield, like don’t be too harsh on me, I still screw up a lot. But at the same time I *need* feedback. I’m out here in a void trying to figure out what *I* like
Somewhat sadly communicated, but incredibly beautiful pictures.
Very nice work! I shoot similar things and, more importantly, notice them. The real reward is appreciating these gems that otherwise go undiscovered.
This is beautiful and your work is important.
🙏
I do this a lot too… people will compliment my photos and I’ll say “Thanks, this camera is really great” or “If you take enough photos one is bound to look good.” Why do we do this? Why is it so hard to take a bow?
Holy meatballs there's some good photography of yours in this episode Daniel, really enjoyed this one!
I'm going to not do that.
Congrats.
Fortunately I found Glass where sharing photos is a real pleasure. Likewise was using insta in 2008.
