A last minute sign up for a 30K trail race as a long run for the 100K training block! Another nearby trail race, and I thought it was quite representative of what I'd imagine most trail races to be. It was nice, quiet, peaceful, and sunny. Didn't go all out here, but treated this more as a training long run and trying to keep my heart rate in control.
Enjoy! Another shoutout to the running crew to join me on this spontaneous race.
