A minimum of a year experience is required. So if you're a straight trained BSc midwife, kindly complete a year before. But if you have a certificate or diploma in midwifery with experience before BSc, you can apply.

Unfortunately they do not have that in abundance but they give a recommendation of books to read in preparation to write the exam

MOH minimum qualification is Bachelor for Staff Nurses and Diploma for Home Care. And yes, salary is paid based on your years of experience post certification. Hence if you have 9 years post bachelor's, then you'll be paid accordingly.
