Mama’s Meatloaf
2 lbs. of Ground Beef
1 Cup of Bread Crumbs (I use the seasoned bread crumbs)
1 Egg
½ Cup Milk
½ of an Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbls. Worcesterhire Sauce
Topping:
½ Cup of Ketchup
2 Tbls. Brown Sugar
2 Tbls. Worchestershire Sauce
Mix ingredients together fully. Spray baking dish with non-stick coating. Place meat mixture in dish and form into a loaf. Mix the topping mixture and spoon over top of meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 1 hour or until done.

    morning miss judy! i mix 1 pound ground hambuger and 1 pound mild italian sausage in my meatloaf i always buy it at publix . do yall have publix groceries store where you live?

      @@micheleberry9616 We don't have a Publix where I live so I always shop at Publix when I'm here. My grandson worked at Publix all through high school. I use Italian sausage in my Lasagna along with ground beef.
