I got it to work, I made sure I cranked it fully open and then fully forward past the normal closed throttle - cruise control disengage point 6-7 times.

I did buy the PC cable, I guess that's next to try. I wanted to see live data on my phone. Like I can with my less expensive bikes that have bluetooth!

Some on the forums say 3-5 rotations and it may take several tries. What throws me and others off is that we can easily check and update the firmware when it's available, so it must be paired. I'll keep trying. The dealer setup mine and others and of course, there was no demo needed as this should be pretty simple. I traveled 200 miles to go to a dealer that I didn't hate.

Yeah after using it more I don’t like this tuner at all. Too many glitches. I’ll be getting a Thundermax in the near future to replace this junk.

I Connected this morning, uploaded stage 1. Went to auto-tune this afternoon and it wouldn't connect. Said it was connected to another device, although it wasn't. I tried the throttle twist 3 times and it didn't work. Tried 5 twists and the tuner did reset. It still took me another 4-5 tries to finally get it to connect again... This tuner is garbage.

Worst tuner on the market

I haven’t had any issues with mine after getting it to pair. With that said I only bought this one to not void my warranty. Once my warranty is up I’m going to throw it to the curb.

I paired mine to a garbage can. Junk tuner.

When u unpair the old phone does the tune stay in it or do u need to re-tune after pairing the new phone.

Mine disconnects randomly throughout my rides. I don’t know what the problem is. What temps are u getting…I’m seeing 320 max at riding hard

I used the computer when I first got it. Then I read about rotating the throttle and it worked for mine. I had multiple Harley techs tell me they didn’t know how to unpair it and that the new ones are giving them problems too though.

Been trying to get mine to work for a week and I still cant get it unpaired. Had to do the tuning the old school way with a cable and computer
