2seconds in the vid and that is NOT a horse stance or kiba dachi. How I know that aint a (correct) kiba dachi. Well I practiced Shaolin Kempo when I was young and nowdays I practice Kyokushinkai Karate. So yeah that is no horse stance sir.

Look, I'm not trying to be a jerk, but after binge-watching this guy's videos, I can't just sit back. No, I'm not a martial arts guru, but I've been grinding away at Boxing and BJJ for 5 years and am still hustling for my purple belt. So here's the deal: I'm throwing down the gauntlet. This isn't about ego; it's about a reality check for him. If Kempo's his thing for staying fit, hats off to him. But if he's preaching Kempo as the ultimate self-defense technique, then let's test that theory. Let's go head-to-head, live. And if I lose? I'll gladly kiss his feet, no shame

No clue why CZcams threw this video my way, but seriously, I'd have both of these dudes on the ground in two minutes flat, and I'm not even an expert. Quick advice: wanna stand your ground in a street fight? Get into Boxing, Judo, or BJJ first, then Muay Thai. The rest? Waste of time. Boxing's your best bet

Filmed back in 2015. This was released as a course on tigonkarate.com. While it's based on what is taught in American Kenpo as the formulation equation, I take some liberties with how I teach it. The main idea I hope you take from this lesson and the ones that will follow, is to explore your self-defense techniques. Work to understand the lessons within them and how they're connected with each other. It doesn't matter what system you study. Understanding how everything is connected is one of the keys to mastery.

Why do they wear kimono and Japanese graduation? Being that the white crane style is a traditional style of Chinese culture. clothing is an aberration and an insult to traditional Chinese culture. My little sympathy with Japan is not a mere whim, it obeys history, it is a matter of knowing a little history and knowing that Japan invaded and caused deaths and abuses in the Chinese people, in addition to stealing part of their traditions, it is a debt history that Japan has with China.
