Is there any way to find out who #12 (0:40) and #13 (0:50) are here?
At 09:30 is a classic. Sam Wyche must have been a great coach to play for
This was an awesome season! The city was electrified! I remember this like it was yesterday! #WHODEY🐅
When I was a kid, I won tickets to a charity basketball game where this team played the Columbus Police Department. One of my favorite memories.
Watching this video July 2023....................... Brilliant.
Marvin Lewis turned the Bengals around. I will always love him for that.
Marvin did his job, he "brought back respectability" to the Franchise.
4:10 - 3rd-string QB Mike Norseth (#12) and back-up QB Turk Schonert (#15) 13:13 - So from back in the day, this fan understood the chant to be "THINK" not "SAY". ("Who Dey THINK Gonna Beat Them Bengals") The debate goes on...
1973 RB Essex Johnson 1988 DT Tim Krumrie 2005 QB Carson Palmer It's so frustrating seeing massively key players being lost early in huge playoff games time after time after time. I really wish Sam Wyche, a Bengal from their very first season, could've gotten to lead this team to a Super Bowl win. So sad that he passed away.
11:29 I like how Keyshawn was coaching Chad and they were on opposite teams 🤣🤣 (I know they’re family, but it’s still funny Lmao)
Jon Kitna play at high level 100%percent of playing the 2003 season while winning the comeback player of the year after a season-ending surgery in 2002.
If that's not an exemplar of a coach, I don't know what is. Sam knew so much about his players and their personal lives, and he showed genuine compassion. He also held them accountable. I bet there was a lot of respect in that locker room. And if Billups hangs onto that ball, I think the Bengals win the Super Bowl.
I cringe at the sight of astro-turf. It's basically concrete with a rug on it.
That team owned the Oilers. Wait, they still do! 🤣
I love Marvin lewis
How come they didn't show any highlights of Stanley Wilson? Oh that's right.
I remember when they interviewed Priest Holmes after the game he said he doesn't respect the Bengals. Nothing new of us beating up on the Chiefs no matter how good they are and them not giving us respect lol. We just take it.
If you were to go back and tell the Bengals fans back then that we would go to the Super Bowl 20 years later, they wouldve looked at you crazy lol
Does anyone know the 2nd or 3rd track
16:44 for me
They’re Back 🔥🔥
They are at the super bowl in 2022
Shuffling on back to the Super Bowl, Joe Burrow Style.
If the Bengals beat the Chiefs, this Sunday. This video is gonna get some VIEWS 📈.
They did just that.
Some people have forgotten how good this team was… but I haven’t. Let’s go Burrow show everyone this team is better. Who Dey
This soundtrack is 🔥🔥🔥
Is that dave lapham still on the radio wayyy back in 88? Wow, what a legend.
Defense was underated!!! Fulcher was a beast. Still a shame Krumrie broke his leg in that Super Bowl
They win the SB with a healthy Krumrie.
San Fran was a great team that year! But the Bengals were just as good
This Cincinnati Team came tantalizing close to Winning the Super Bowl!
My man kitna
Im a fan of martin my name is....jayden
Boomer esiason is the best greatest NFL quarterback on Cincinnati Bengals
Burrow will make you forget Esiason. Anderson was much better though. HOF ability.
Sam Wyche sounded like the funniest colorful coach ever. RIP.
He was.
Wyche would be so proud of the 2021 Bengals.
Music Track: Veigar Margeirsson - Champion
This team was my jam in the sixth grade with Mr. Larry Freeman. I had a classmate that was a 49ers fan. I loved this team.
As a Oiler fan,I really appreciated this team….I loved James Brooks ,he was fun to watch….i miss the he AFC Central
Only if our crackhead fullback wasn't smoking crack during the Superbowl. True story.
And how did Marvin Lewis wind up staying with the organization so long after this video. They didn’t get much better
They were way better... a couple of bad luck plays like Palmer getting hurt in 05' or Dalton breaking his thumb in 15' was probably the difference between 1 or 2 Super Bowls
21:15 every time i see this part i get goosebumps and wanna scream who -dey those great times when were a Great team i hope we become a Great team again soon
what if the bengals come down with that endzone int in the super bowl...........
@Luke E the way that game was going, It was certainly possible. A lot of folks forget SB 23 was a defensive classic, and that Montana was not lights out till the end, which is why they won lol. XXIII was a great game defined by clutch moments by either team for or against.
Probably best teM to lose a super bowl. Probly woulda beatn most any other super bowl champion
Opening kickoff 96yrds shoulda had them pumped up for a blowout but no defense falls apart as usual
They still suck 🧼
0:34 seconds away from it. The 1988 Cincinnati Bengals were one of the most underrated teams in NFL history, Their no huddle offense was fun to watch.
I was his biggest fan in high school and that year..Boomer`s arm got messed up by the end of the season...he had some horrible stats in the playoffs and Super Bowl...
I watched the whole game on tv, 1988, an the super bowl in 1989 it was close.
2020 Bengals they'll get there, win like the 1988 season. Of course not right away.
Now it's 2020 and the Bengals are 0-2.
good team to be in techmo super bowl james brooks was an underrated thurman thomas
Perfect comparison!
RIP Ken Riley, "The Rattler"
