"@Mys-tic pls rate this and tell me how I can improve" when he's jumping up, make him prepare instead of just jumping out of know where. it also looks robotic due to the fact that it doesnt have any easing to it. i recommend you watch the 12 principles of animation (i watched alan becker's version). im not saying this looks bad, its actually pretty decent. just keep practicing and you'll get there!
