Quick video to show how the graphic design styling emboss effect can misrepresent depth on a digital image. Leading to people using this design style effect into thinking they are uncovering some sort of hidden depth data to it. Emboss is not a tool to use in scientific or investigative methods as the software that does this is adding/changing pixel information in the original image data.

Posting so that people can see bugs flying by at night when captured by an infrared camera. No orbs. No rods. No magic. No aliens!

So that people understand that regular, commercial-grade security cameras with low-cost electronics and optics can make spider webs closer to the camera than the background, focused image can falsely make you think you see orbs. IR light being reflected off the web structure and back into the camera sensors makes it look like an orb. C'mon people, think logically!
