Kaya ako pinasira ko lahat ng bagong gawa. Bakit kamo? Wala akong nakitang airvent na nilalagay. Derecho lang sa septic tank. Tapos ang daming tubong paikot-ikot pa. Ang pingagawa ko ay 2 line lng isang sa water at isa sa septic tank. Ewan ko kalorkey. Ngayon asan ang airvent. Wala daw nasa loob mismo ng floor drain. Naku pinatanggal ko lahat
Dapat po my air vent tlga Yan ma'am Para maiwasan ang mga Sinabi ko na dis-advantages.

do you need any mesh screens in this industry?
Not necessarily. Just compact it within the range of specified temperature. The mesh can be used only on the subgrade or sub base layer. Not on the Asphalt.

Make sure lg po na you have the clear access of everything including for vehicles in case of emergency. So Kung select mo na ang lugar the most important is you are very much satisfied with your selected location.

good day engr tanong lang po ako,tama po ba ang ginawa ko meron po 6 cr 3 sa 1st floor 3 sa 2nd floor,lahat po ng cr e2 po ginawa ko mula wc 4"x45°elbow tas 4"x2"tee at pa punta n sa septik tank,yn po na 4"x2"na tee yn po airvent ko..mula cr1 punta ng cr2 hangang cr6 iisang 2"pipe lang po connected lahat hangang mailabas kuna sa bubong..
Walang problema pasok pa din ang 2inch na air vent dahil yan ay minimum.

For me corner lot is better than interior lot. Corner lot is not surrounded by other properties and has good ventilation while interior lot privacy is limited since it is adjoined on all sides by neighbors.

Lack of ventilation or clogged up na po. Need nyo e flushing or check the distance of the ventilation from your drain.

When it came to earthquake zoning, Cavite is medium hazard compared to Antipolo or Rizal province where 49% of land are prone to ground shaking in the event of an earthquake according to studies. While for flooding both locations have prone areas.

Ang maximum po na vent distance as per recommendation ng Uniform Plumbing Code ay 6 feet.
according to ACP the initial or breakdown compaction should be done by tired roller..where did u get the idea of using steel roller as the breakdown😊
No offend but may i know how many major asphalt projects did you work with? Or maybe you made your comment based on google? When you used the phrase ‘according to ACP’ means you are talking about a standard. The different kind of standards are AASHTO, BS, ASTM, ISO, ANSI, ACI, etc. ACP is not a standard but a type of road pavement. If you dont have a hands on experience on the laying of asphalt such as PMB, Pen 60/70, CRMB & superpave, that based on JMF & Conformity certificate issued by LSA, therefore, I rest my case. Keep study and gain experience bro.Peace👍🏻

How about the CPVC,UPVC AND PVC?
These pipes can be used for water supply. However, i do recommend to use CPVC due to high resistance to stress and contamination. I do recommend pvc and upvc for electical and drainage works respectively.

Sir, question po sa mga condominium kapag may sumisingaw po coming from the drain ng bathroom, lack of ventilation sa piping and plumbing system din po ba ang cause nun? Ano po yung specific cause?
Normally not only ventilation yung problema may ibang factors din such as insufficient exhaust ng bathroom or baka may crack or leak yung gully or drain trap na doon lumalabas ang singaw. Ang p-trap or gully trap ay fittings na kung saan mag prevent or mag minimize ng singaw pabalik sa bathroom or sink.

Ideal at least 1/2 size of the drain pipe. At dapat hindi less than to 1.25 inch. Kasi masyado na maliit yan.
