I have a code 5541 fmi 4 tc1t0p sensor ,, does anybody know where is that sensor located in maxiforce dt.
I have a mbe 900-250 in a sterling acterra. Starts great, idle fine until temp starts to rise. At an idle it then starts to surge. Still has great power, no hesitation, and smooths out at higher rpm. No smoke at all. Do you have any idea what it could be?

My '04 mbe 900 egr looks quite different than yours. What hp version do u have, mine hp is 250. What do u mean no emissions, egr is emissions.
If C1 clutch failed will leave 1st gear on and set code for output speed sensor, the quick way to tell is if reverse comes on but Foward won’t

Any tips on bleeding the coolant system in a 1996 Thomas pusher with a 3116 cat. Has one heater midship under a seat and then the heater/defrost up front.

We have 12 Thomas C2 buses with this engine left in our lot. I always get stuck with them. They’re junk, oil leaking everywhere, fuel leaks from doser, emissions DTC’s, coolant leaks. Just fucking junk. Lol

An o-ring on the metal coolant line that goes into the back of the water pump is bad. I wish there was a better way to replace it 😢
hey, long shot, but having an issue with these exact sensors. My pressure sensor wire snapped off, so not getting a reading. Is that a fairly easy replacement?

What software are you using?
I have been to the dealer multiple times and they have not been able to fix the issue and have no idea on a fix. Wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. I have a 2018 freightliner cascadia that goes into neutral between 9-10 and 11-12 for 4-5 secs. Only happens when going up or down hill. No fault codes. Recent oil change, fluids checked, no leaks. Happens mostly when load is heavy., coud the TCM be the problem.
How do you remove the fan clutch bracket?
Will the valve cover harness cause a no start condition or was it the cause for the injector to go out?
can you replace it with a 04-06 without emissions?
Those suckers were clearly not torqued Properly.
