If the stock exhaust and ABS breaking system alone are about $5,000.00 you should know that the bike should sell for about $11,000.00,,, and no it's not a beginner bike or a commuter and the velocity stacks alone should tell you that it's not a beginner it is a 400cc class. If you don't believe then ride one and full throttle the full 28mm twist and see how it pulls like a 600cc, most riders never full throttle but think they do.

I've had people mock me for riding my 400. I just tell them: "This is just my 9 to 5 gang, the r1 back at the crib." Basically, don't feel embarrassed that you have to ride something not as powerful as other people's.

In the ninja 400 when the ECU attempts to adjust air/fuel in those seconds the clogged high pressure filter causes a restrction to the ECU restricting it's correction which then causes one cylinder to be with less correction, usually the left cylinder which then causes the right cylinder to bear all the load, reason being a bad crankshaft and bad crankshaft bearing on the right cylinder. Fuel injector cleaner like STP will help keep the high pressure filter clean when the entire bottle is poured into the 1/2 tank of gas then riden for about 20 miles before filling up. You must do this every other tank.
