Henry is handsome, articulate, likeable. I find myself rooting for him, wanting him to succeed. But because Henry wears such baggy clothing in the videos it is hard to judge his physique, know whether or not he is making progress, give constructive feedback. Not suggesting that Henry should strip down. But if he can show us a bit more of his physique, it will make it easier for us who watch his videos to gauge Henry's progress.
Really Appreciate this video! I am nowhere near your size, trying to bulk up significantly and was just given a meal plan of 300G of carbs to eat per day. It really helped seeing all your meals to get a visual estimate of how much food that actually is, as I am realizing I am eating nowhere near enough food! Motivating and Inspiring!

hello dude, hope you're well. as always, your content is great on here and on IG- it always manages to motivate me to focus on my next sessions. at this moment, im trying to add mass. for my first compounds (e.g. db press) ill do a couple of feedersets, decreasing the reps as i approach what id call my working sets (2x8-10reps0) weight. then my last set i aim to achieve 12-15. on my chest dominant push day i will perform db press, incline press, bb ohp and then flys as my compounds- with the last 3 exercises top sets ranging @10-12... im basically worry that i have too much volume in my session. will i benefit with strength and size if i take longer rests (currently resting between 1;30 and 2 mins at top sets) hope this reaches you well and youre working hard !

Make your own cream of rice. Just blend your preferred rice like jasmine or basmati or something in a coffee blender until cream of rice texture. Cheaper and doesn't contain all the added chemicals etc
Yeah I’ve done that in the past. But the COR I use has no chemicals in. Ingredients are just rice flour, salt, vanilla flavouring, sucralose
