I do a search to find older than emails (say 3years) then I click check block and select all mails in this search. and select delete. it only deletes the page not all mails in search? please help.

Very scary 😱 I got this email all I was asking for is to remove it from iPhone not to loose all my data. Shucks cannot past a screenshot. So the email that I received says that all of my data will be deleted and I will not be able to send or receive emails from my Gmail account. It says nothing about you still have access on your laptop or on other devices. It just says that I will not be able to send or receive emails from Gmail and that I will no longer have access to my data. This was explained in the video it ended. I’m just verifying who you are but doesn’t follow up with the verification email and what actually happens in the background. So I guess my question is will I lose everything and not be able to access my Gmail account from other devices if I delete this service from my iPhone again just to remove the account from iPhone so that I don’t have access to it in my iPhone, but still have access to it on other apps as well as my computer I appreciate all your help

Just a word to any potential people thinking of getting Mailbird... I have been a customer since 2018 and I purchased a lifetime licence. Now when I bought this, I figured that meant I had bought a product licence that entitles me to the program as is and any updates that they add to it in the future. Apparently I was wrong... Lifetime to Mailbird just means until we decide to do a big update. Oh and just remember that with this new Mailbird 2.0 update it is "lifetime" for a year unless you pay again for the updated lifetime of another year! Just to put that into perspective, even a hamster would need to buy 2 or even 3 of these supposed "lifetime" licences if they would like to keep getting updates! Once my second lifetime licence expires I'm done and I would suggest that others don't even get started with this company. No respect for their own lifetime licences as well as releasing a new "2.0" client that as far as I can tell is the same as the old 1.x version aside from a slight face lift. Oh and half of the features that were meant to be in 2.0 aren't ready yet... Great job Mailbird!

Like the other top comments, I ended up here because of that ridiculous popup when I opened my Mailbird client, and it wouldn't go away. It's already bad enough that I bought a "lifetime" membership once before which somehow doesn't entitle me to the latest features unless I pay more money, but now that I've paid a second time I am getting locked out of my emails due to some absurd chipmunk popup. This is unprofessional. I don't care about chipmunks, and I don't care about this CZcams video. I care about checking my emails. Please provide a more professional service, by making sure the user experience actually functions. I've paid your company twice for "lifetime" subscriptions, I think I'm entitled to that much.

this is a stupid ad. it sounds appealing, but gives no path or name of what you are selling. I have watched the video 4 times and cannot ascertain how to get whatever you are offering, nor a definite name of it. Confirms that software engineers don't think as normal people.

Someone on your end did not do BETA testing and troubleshooting. Rather than help, this "custom app" is far more likely to lose you customers. While Mailbird is a good app, you're going to find an entrepreneur who can take your good idea idea and make it a reality that actually works to help the customer. This was a bad business decision and should have been tested prior to release.
