I learned how to make this CHUNKY YARN BAG in just 30 minutes 🌸
Learn how to hand-knit a giant yarn bag with me!! Chunky yarn bags are a super fun DIY craft, and it's really easy to learn! After my second attempt, I was able to make one in just 30 minutes, and I was really happy with how it turned out!!
The materials are also super easy, all you need is some chunky yarn and your hands :)

I used two different types of chunky yarn to test out different brands.
Blue Yarn: amzn.to/3yYowfw
Specs: 2cm thickness, 1kg/2.2lbs, 37 yards length
I was actually able to make TWO bags with this ball of yarn
Pink Yarn: amzn.to/3MmeQys
Specs: 2.5cm thickness, 1.1lbs, 20 yards length
I was only able to make ONE bag with this yarn, but there was more than plenty of yarn if you just want to make one bag
I personally liked the pink yarn more because the tubes were a bit thicker and I liked the look more, but it is also more expensive relative to the amount of material you get 😅 But ultimately both yarns worked just fine!

if you glue a piece of fabric on the back with modge podge it keeps the loops in tact!
