    So once the weight is up. Keep your back straight and pull up while trying to keep neck, shoulders and back in alignment. So the main focus is the pull of muscles from the chest and arms? The slight did down of the neck concerns me, but it can’t be helped? Thank you for sharing this.

    • @watchdogstrength5597

      The main focus will be the upper back. Don’t overly concern yourself with things like “alignment” or trying to keep parts of your body (like the neck) overly rigid. The body isn’t as frail and prone to injury as others would have you believe.

    That’s silly. There will always be a 90 degree angle with bench and cables if your arms are positioned right

  • @Slippyjimm
    @Slippyjimm Před 5 měsíci

    Great advice. For people who put the cable at the bottom it’s still good but higher adds more resistance pulling more 90 than an angle

    Basically, it's less about _what_ you eat and more about actually _enjoying_ what you eat. Morale is just as important for your long-term health and happiness as a balanced diet. Not to mention, in our commodified world, the pursuit of "healthy food" has just resulted in them cramming dozens of additives, chemicals, and preservates in our food. Which is obviously _not_ healthy. My best advice? Enjoy your life, and consume everything in moderation.

      @@watchdogstrength5597A person made a point and instead of disputing it, you attack the words used? Or rather the lack of words needed to convey their point. They could easily come back with something along the lines of "Why don't you use those extra words to make an argument stating why there is more to nutrition?". *English isn't everyone's first language.

    • @watchdogstrength5597
      @watchdogstrength5597 Před 8 měsíci

      @@z0mbi316 I made a point with my reply, but you seemed to have missed it. So let’s break it down for you: His criticism was that “there’s more to nutrition then (sic) what you listed.” Well, no duh. The video isn’t meant to be a fully comprehensive guide to nutrition, nor was such a claim made. It was simply meant to show how the front packaging can be misleading and comparing nutrition on the back can provide more useful information regarding the difference in nutritional value. In that same vein, his sentence was meant to insinuate that I wasn’t aware that nutrition is complex because I didn’t cover every aspect of nutrition in *checks notes* a video that is 1 minute and 7 seconds long. Using sarcasm, I pointed out the absurdity of his criticism by comparing his 8 word sentence to him not using every word in the English language to make his point. He didn’t need every word in the English language to attempt to make his point, just like I don’t need to cover or demonstrate every aspect of nutritional knowledge to make mine. Hope this helps.

  • @floridasfinestproductions4651

    This is good but you also need to look at the ingredients. A lot of whole grain or multigrain is better than the regular version because the normal one has more additives and most importantly enriched ingredients which is not good for you

  • @angelmg8902

    To see if something (i deny to call those things food) is healthy or not, look at the ingredients and not so much to the calories/carbs/fats

      @@bladder-bp7wl to imply that calories and macronutrients don’t matter is foolish. By that logic one could eat copious amounts of lard because it’s “all natural” and expect nothing but positive health outcomes. Additionally, the information a person should probably use is entirely based on their goals, which is exactly what I said in the video. Look at the label on the back and see if it fits with your goals.

    • @bladder-bp7wl
      @bladder-bp7wl Před 7 měsíci

      @@watchdogstrength5597 well that is true but at the end of the day, eating healthy is still superior for long term health. so, it shouldn't be seen that sneaking cancer inducing processed clumps of particles into the allowed calorie threshold to be a good long-term idea. @angelmg8902 is saying that looking at the ingredients is what we should be doing to determine if something is healthy or not. by looking at just the calories/carbs/fats we see half the story and we are not able to make a good judgement whether eating said food is a good idea or not but obviously what we need to ensure is meeting the micro and macro levels BUT their quality has to also be taken into consideration. don't play on easy mode, if pringles is bad, don't be a child and continue eating it.
