GMKGoji isn't my favorite iteration of the character, but this looks like by FAR their best executed Godzilla figure, and that's saying a lot. The proportions, the details, the suit accuracy, the seamlessness of the joints. If the real figure is as good as these pictures make it look, it might be one of the best Goji figures produced. I WISH they would make a Goji that's like 10" - 15" tall. My biggest complaint with Godzilla figures across the board is that they're all too small. The only company that really does big Godzilla figures is X-Plus, and they're just statues and RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. The one Mezco did looks nice, but is just not worth the price tag. If Hiya did a tall Goji figure at $150 or so I would be all in. As long as it's not Legendary Goji.

YES!!! Already pre-ordered multiples the moment I saw it! This version is easily my second favorite right after Minus-One. Also looking forward to this being my first Hiya Godzilla. SH Monsterarts, while looking fantastic, hasn't been "all that" as far as quality construction is concerned. Now, if Hiya will just do a Minus-One fig, all will be right with the world!

Great review as always! I’ve been resisting the Joytoy Warhammer stuff for over a year, and I finally caved, largely because of you and D Amazing. The Joytoy figures are a lot of fun, and the Warhammer lore is awesome. So thank you (I say sincerely and sarcastically because I don’t need something else to collect)!

oh man i love Billy Beige customs so basically last month I was super into picking this guy up. Only reviewers I watch and trust that review joytoy is basically you and one other dude and he hasnt yet so I was waiting for your review. I think that helms shits all over JT and shame on them for not including an official one!! That helm totally sets it off. After watching your review totally agree. He'd be my first JT and while I dug the size I think he's more closer to model kit than action figure for me if that makes sense. Like he's big but intricate and sorta fragile. I hate breakages right outta box ( like who likes them but for real) and then when you said you felt claw and would break if took a fall that was it. Ill hold off for now but dope figure and good review as always.

I don't understand why anyone would buy the three-pack. It's not like last time, where the black version had unique sculpt, deco, and accessories. It's the exact same figure, just in a slightly different color. Just get whichever you prefer. There's no reason to own two nearly identical copies of the same figure.

As an admittedly somewhat-jaded SHMA fan, I can easily say that this, even WITH possible stretch goals and the shipping being almost 50% of the cost, with the accessories we ARE guaranteed getting for the cost of $58 is criminally well-priced.

I grew up with the OG turtles. But this is right up there and they even pay homage to the OG turtles

Because Artists proofs should have been "paintable projects" for hobbyists that are cheaper than standard figures, not the same prices. Thats insane and the biggest reason they flop. Its such a niche hobby, and the retail pricing makes it pointless

We just hit #6 giveaway this evening, so still a remote possibility we get all accessories. The last Spawn Kickstarter he just gave us everything without any goals. I'm hoping for the same with Med Spawn

I have never been part of a kickstarter project and all of this is weird and seems kind of mismanaged but there are a few comments that seem to be getting traction that assume the worst of Mcfarlane Some people assume the prototypes in the pictures and videos were made from molds, when it’s possible that they could have been 3d printed They assume that because the foam is already cut for these accessories they will, in the end, be included, when in fact the factory could just leave the cut plug in it’s place I’m about to go get the Blue Autographed version and hope for the best.

These are so awesome! Series one showed up at FYE a couple weeks ago, I was able to get Frank, devil, skeleton and creature. I’m def in for Sam and Spaulding. I too had the Ben Cooper Frankenstein costume as a kid, and Dracula, he-man and GI Joe.

I’m still pissed about the first one, after we backed it he took out articulation points. Total BS.

It's says right on the KS that there are no stretch goals. The Freebies will be announced as the Campain goes on. It says so right in the KS...

The campaing and how things were promoted... Where quite confusing to me... To the point that til now, I'm not even sure what I'm even gonna pay for. However, if I get half of what is offerred, I'll pay for it. I do consider there's enough plastic and scuplture detail for $ 58.00. A Mythic Legions limited eddition wont come with that much and it's gonna be more expensive and harder to order. Even the new TMNT from Super 7 are $55.00! And lets not even mention a Figma, C'mon... In my opinion, it's whorth it. And if every figure comes with all that stuff that was shown in the package... I'll be more than happy to order 2 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

I think you all need to to learn how to do math. At that price point 250K is only 4,000 backers. ButHaslab rattler one and 9k just to start. At the moment the haslab is over 4 million in profit. Yet no one is batting an eye. I think people rather bitched and understand the basics of toy making and maybe get a clue when they’re actually getting a good deal.

Yeah. . .McFarlane is currently one of the scungiest companies out there at the moment. just look how they repaint characters to make new characters and then ultra short pack them to make things artificially rare.

There is no chance all of this stuff isn't added, he's just playing it out so the hype lasts more than a day. The campaign is a month long, settle down everyone.

i think todd messed up because eveything thats been said in the campaign has almost been completely different from what hes said in the vids, but man if a small indie company like titanic creations can create a kaiju figure for $100 and come with over 20 accesories which only costed them $100,000 all together to pump out, their is something extremely fishy going on, like if i was a newcomer id honestly be a little sketched out by the campaign edit: so i was looking threw todds comments on the kickstarter and someone asked him about the goal numbers and he said their a rough estimate and he mainly picks random numbers lol, he essentially admited he can do it just likes to tease the fans, so i wouldnt be surprised if he flips the table like you said in your vid, hes also seeing the complaints about the cloth cape, so maybe hes going to try and add it, idk just thought it was interesting

I would have thought by now with his spawn figures being back and his company doing so well now,that the need for kick starters wasn't necessary. After the successful relaunch of spawn..With all the spawn figures in his spawn line that came out recently over the last couple of years. None of them needed a kick starter. Very strange
