Wow! From 12/14; my first introduction to MFTP, now 12/22 I finally refound this video that was such powerful healing tool from when I shattered with so called PTSD (response, not disorder). When in an instant my own breath, air that crossed my skin, all dimensions and movement became foreign and terrifying the only thing that could soothe was this video on repeat, perhaps thousands of times. Swaddled tightly, rocking, with the familiar conifers and soothing I began my healing journey. For this introduction I will forever be thankful to Arlo Stone. ♥️🙏♥️
