Can you show the jades you used to defeat Eigong?

My one gripe and it's the excess of the cartoon sound effects. Namely of the exact same ones. I get it paused on the aesthetic of cartoons from the early to mid 2000s but even they didn't use these sound effects are every given moment, sometimes multiple times in a row. It takes away the "oomph" that somethings should've had and gets stale very, very quick.

It would be interesting if by a hidden circunstance we could ally with one of the sols, Goumang, Yanlao and Jiequan are out of question, they are definetively our enemies. Lady Etheral was completely insane, I dont know what could save her. Nuwa was extremely dependent on her brother, what would make her change her mind and help us? Ji had a promise to protect the grotto, but what wold be capable to make him leave that place? I dont know, to me i'd like to think the most possible to become our ally would be Ji, but just in the true ending if he accepted the fate of the solarians and decided to help Yi stop what eigong did to the roots core and put an end to his immortality. I wonder how would be the pavilion interactions

I wouldn't say it has 90s cartoon vibes, but more 2000s or early 2010s, especially the latter with that infamous CalArts style. But in some cases it does remind me of classic Newgrounds Flash Animations.

I just clicked this video, just watched about 10 seconds of it, and I’m already hooked( pun not intended). In the first 10 seconds they already perfectly described the world on a daily basis and I’m loving it. Can’t wait for the rest.

In my mind, the game is pronounced "Pound Blood" not "Hashtag Blood". Unfortunately, I know I'm wrong.

overall I think this game is good, but it's a shame it falters at the very end. The final dungeon is just a short run through the school, and the final battle with Dragur is the same fight as in the graveyard but interspersed with enemies. When I played it, I didn't even know he could be stunlocked with pencils! I had to deal with his poorly-telegraphed attacks while trying to whack him with the stick. What makes it worse is that if I recall correctly, they shared footage of a fight against the Principal that ended up being scrapped in the final release. On top of the completionist-unfriendly design with premanently missable content and no option to replay chapters, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

One of the only issues I have with this game is that the ending isn't really an ending. It's just some dialogue and that's it. No cutscene, or any little extra things to do around town, or such.

Aside from the art style, how's really the gameplay mechanics of this game? Steam review is mostly positive.

The art looks really good. But the game seems to have a small identity issue. It's too gorey and blood soaked to be for kids watching Cartoon Network. But the difficulty is too low to be for older audiences. Not saying it needed to be super hard or super cartoony mind you. Just that it doesn't seem to go quite far enough in one direction or the other
