Hello i bought 5 batteries ROSEN SOLAR for me and my friends, inverter, support for solar pannels and combiner box. When i ask then some help, no problem for me. GARY ( technical manager) helped me using WhatsApp fast answer, and efficiency. Wath happened to you?,

@@goodwhiskyjerome3902 Hi, they don't talk to normal customers. Just simple questions about any software and/or protocoll infos for rs485 monitoring, no reply. Now actually asking via contact form on their german website for a cable to connect battery to battery ... just asking me where I bought the battery and then, silence. That's not how to handle customers issues. Meanwhile we know, that they use Pylontech protocoll and the BMS seems to be a Seplos BMS. I found out, I can use Seplos software to monitor the batteries. Also the first battery I bought exactly 1 year ago has lost 30Ah CAP. I have now contacted the seller to make it his problem, as they promisse 10 years and 6.000 cycles warranty. I bought now a 2nd battery, because 10kWh is not enough and I can store more energy , but I can't mix the RS with other brands. In the wood shipping box there was now only the battery. No cables, no manual, no wallmounting. The seller send me a cable, that would fit on my old battery. But they changed the connectors on the battery, they now have 20mm outer diameter. What a nightmare with them. I better waited last year for restock of Pylontech or another brand. But aftermath we all know it better ;) 5 batteries, 50kWh, that's great :D

@@a68k_de I experienced the same. They totally ignored me until I promised to buy more batteries then it caught their attention but still working on BMS communication issue. They are totally a 0 when it comes to customer service and they careless

@@gabrielx846 In 2021 price was 2000 dollars us for 1 10kwh battery, including transport to France port of LE HAVRE. Once it is arrived, you have to pay VAT and fees ( and transport to your house from port to your house). VAT in France is 20%. Fees are approx 200 euros. Ask Josie, she will tell you all that..

Dear, My experience with ROSEN SOLAR is good. They answer my emails fastly, and they helped my to find best parameters for RJ45 communication between GROWATT SPF5000ES and 10KWH ROSEN POWERWALL . ( CAN protocol ) We used WHATSAPP to be more efficient. ( me,, Gary and Josie from ROSEN) I am very happy with my inverter and LIFEPO4 battery from ROSEN SOLAR ( i am living near Paris). CANADIAN SOLAR 490Wc solar pannels HIKU5 are as powerfull as expected.

15 inch sound artist or OATLON COX-15 give, for me off course and people who come to listen to them home, are the best speakers i owned. The reason is obviously the size of speakerd (15 inch), the coax technology, and the solid wood used. Weight is 120kg a pair. I think, that i will not change for a long time. Think of YAQIN tube amplifiers, they sound very very very good with these speakers.
