@@MS-lf8ob Sorry I had encountered a problem, which is why I wasn't active here’s your recipe 110g caster sugar 35g brown sugar 40g melted butter (I use salted) 100ml buttermilk (milk mixed with 1tsp vinegar or lemon juice) 75g curd/yogurt 1tsp vanilla extract 80ml hot coffee 125g all purpose flour 30g cocoa powder 1tsp baking powder 1/2tsp baking soda Method: 1. In a bowl, mix together the caster sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix mix mix. 2. Add the curd and buttermilk. Mix some more. 3. Sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda. If you've used unsalted butter, add some salt. If you've used salted butter, skip the salt. Using a spatula, gently fold it in. 4. In a 7 inch round tin, pour the batter and bake at 180C for about 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients: 150g Flour 40g cocoa powder 1-1/2tsp baking soda 1/4tsp salt 125g butter, softened 100g brown sugar, packed tightly 75g white sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 100g white chocolate chips/chunks 200g milk chocolate chips/chunks 1tsp vanilla Methods: Preheat oven to 175C. Beat butter, both sugars, vanilla and salt together for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add egg, mixing well between additions. Sift in the dry ingredients and fold till mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop 2 tablespoons for each cookie on a paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or till cookie edges look cooked but the center is still soft. Cookies will look slightly undone in the center, they will set while cooking. Leave the cookies to set on the tray for 10 minutes before transferring to wire to cool completely. do subscribe for more Enjoyyy!!
Ingredients: Marinade: 1lb chicken thigh 10g fresh ginger slices 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine 1 tosp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce Few cracks of black pepper Coating: 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup cornstarch Assembling + Sauce: Neutral oil (for frying) 1 tbsp unsalted butter 15 garlic cloves (minced) 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp honey Method: Marinade: 1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken with all the marinade ingredients for 30 mins. Coating + Assembling: 1. Mix together the coating ingredients in a wide dish/bowl. 2. Coat each chicken piece with the coating mixture. 3. In a large pot/wok, add in the oil. Heat it up until it reaches a temperature of 350°F/180°C. 4. Fry the chicken for 5 mins, or until both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. Remove and set aside. 5. In a clean wok over low-medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the garlic, soy sauce, and honey and mix to create a sauce. Add back in the fried chicken and mix together with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!

Literally the easiest thing with only three ingredients - Sugar - food coloring - pff pastry - After rolling the puff pastry, sprinkle sugar and food coloring put it in the freezer to cool for half an hour, then take it out, cut it into heart shapes and put it in the oven on the highest temperature for 15-20 minutes on each side (Of course, the heat and duration differ depending on each oven)

INGREDIENTS 650g-750g chicken breasts, cut into small pieces (or you could use thighs instead) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional) 1/2 teaspoon white pepper For the coating: 250g plain flour 250g corn flour 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon white pepper 2 eggs 100ml water Follow For the sauce: 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons water 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoons sesame oil 1 tablespoons shaoxing wine 1 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons chilli flakes Some sesame seeds, to sprinkle on top Some chopped spring onions, to sprinkle on top
Ingredients: • 3 tablespoons of flour • 3 tablespoons of sugar • 1/2 tsp of baking powder • 2 tbsps of cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp of salt • 3 tbsps of milk • 2 tbsps of veg oil (i use rice bran) • 1/4 tsp of vanilla • 1 tbsp of choc chips (optional) • 2 tsps of brown sugar • 1 tbsps of cocoa powder • 3 tbsps of boiling water Method: 1) Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Add in milk, oil and vanilla. 2) Pour into your mug or ramekin (go for a large, wider one if you can) and stir through the choc chips. 3) Sprinkle over the brown sugar then cocoa powder. Carefully pour the boiling water on the top. Microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes. 4) Serve up with ice cream/cream or on it's own and Enjoy
Ingredients Butter 1tbsp Chicken breast (cut bites size) -1 Paprika powder 1 tsp Salt as per taste or 1/2 tsp Pepper-1/4 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp 1/2 onions 2 -3 cloves garlic minced 1tbs regular flour Milk / cooking cream -1/4 cup Salt & pepper Chili flakes-1 tsp 1. Cut chicken breast into bites, marinate with spices and let it rest for 15/30 minutes. 2. Heat the pan with a little oil, add the chicken breast and cook for a while until cooked, then remove and set aside. 3. Put butter in the pan, onion and garlic, saute until fragrant, add flour, milk, add chicken seasoning and chili flakes, give garnish dried parsley.
Recipe for around 8 cookies: 115g chocolate (I used dark) 30g unsalted butter 47g all purpose flour 10g cocoa powder 1 tsp espresso powder 75g brown sugar 25g white sugar 1 egg 1. Combine the butter and chocolate in a bowl and melt until smooth. 2. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and sugars until pale yellow colour. 3. Add the chocolate and butter mixture, slowly whisk at low speed until combined. 4. Whisk in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes! Enjoy!🩷💫

Wipe them and slit into half. Remove all the seeds, So that it won't be too spicy. Stuff with the cheese filling and Close the chillies well. First coat with maida, then with cornflour slurry and then coat with breadcrumbs. Let them Sit in fridge for 10 minutes before frying. Serve with mayo or ketchup and Enjoyy!
