Any function to change position of UCS from one object to another in autoLISP program? please help
As far as I know, no such function available.
What is the relationship of limits with drawing dimensions? For example, if my actual drawing object is 10X20 feet, how should I set limits?
It is not necessary to set limits to prepare drawings.
Can we not create an excel file by using file extension .xlsx? I did try, file was created in drive d but couldn't open it.
We can do using activex methods.

I have created above program without using if and progn functions it worked and got the same results of coordinates on vertices of polyline. Can you please explain why you used both functions if and progn in your program?

When I drew circle and clicked on screen to pick a centre point, I couldn't find the drawn circle it was drawn far away from centre point I clicked on screen. This could be due to something related to UCS and coordinates, can you please explain?
When I drew the line and checked the coordinates, these were not the same as given in entmake function, can you please explain?

Sir inters command is finding intersecting of 4 point but how we can find mid point of 2 point or line? For that is there any command?
There is no such facility. You need to write a sub function to calculate mid point.
"sublist" word is function or variable which used in lisp?
Sublist means a list inside another list.

rtos: to change real number(e.g 12.5, 11.35) into string. itoa: to change integer number ( 12,11 etc) into alphabet
Rtos is used to convert a real number to string. Itoa is to convert an integer to string.
