Was that an EM1/2 at 2:01? I don't know much about electric locos, I know more about EMUs. Was that loco Hornby Dublo, or was it one of those new Olivia's trains ones?

Those were superb, Ive got one, and a Duchess. Both run perfectly after 50-55 years. I think Hornby Dublo and Triang captured the essence pof the prototype better than modern, more accurate models do

i still think the voyagers looked better in their Virgin livery rather then Arriva Crosscountry's

I've been to the Mevagissey layout several times, particularly in my childhood and it's one of my all-time favourite layouts. I would love to go back to it again one day. Definitely recommend going to see it to all. Nice compilation, mate.

Thanks very much for posting both with and without music. Part of the intrigue of these engines of course is that odd, hypnotic sound they make. Real decent of you to make one with no music, you could've just told everybody to go get bent. Thanks again!

nice video, but would of been superb if you hadnt gone to the wrong end of the train! unfortuantely the main thing that can be heard is a rather attrocious wheel flat lol!
