Pretty cool, but you do not know the real gender of your baby until they grow up. Yes, you can still call your baby a he, and he could still grow up and be a boy, but he could actually be a trans girl, or one of the other 52 genders. I really don’t like gender reveals for that reason, and it also helps promote the stereotype that pink is for girls and blue is for boys. When my mom was pregnant for me, she had a gender reveal party, and it had pink balloons coming out of a box. Though, once I was 9 I came out as nonbinary, meaning I’m not a boy or a girl. That was two years ago, and I have now transitioned and I use they/them pronouns. When I found out that my mom had a gender reveal party, it made me upset, because there was no way that she could tell what my gender was, just because of the parts between my legs. Please take this into account
