Its an ode to Pieter, a belgian hardcore kid, singer of PLUGHOLE, who passed away late 90s in a car accident
Yep. Back in the mid-90s Pieter got hit by a car while crossing the street in front of Dilsen Cultureel Centrum. I should dig through my flyers and tickets from that era. It happened during a 2 day punkrock/hardcore fest. 59 Times The Pain, Satanic Surfers from the top of my head.
