How to make a red velvet flavoured caramel slice for a (late) Valentine's Day 💕💕💕

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Oreo crumbs
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup white sugar
75g butter, melted

1x 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
50g butter
50g milk chocolate, chopped finely
Red food dye

200g white chocolate
75g milk chocolate
Red food dye
Heart candy decorations
METHOD
1. Add the Oreo crumbs, plain flour & sugar to a bowl, mix well.
2. Pour in the melted butter & mix well again.
3. Press the mixture into a slice tray & bake for 15 minutes at 180C (350F).

1. Pour a can of condensed milk into a sauce pan on very low heat.
2. Add the butter and mix well.
3. Add the milk chocolate, stir until melted & combined.
4. Add the red food dye & stir until combined. Remove from heat.
**Be careful as condensed milk burns very easily!**
5. Remove base from the oven and pour over the filling. Return to the oven for 20 minutes or until the filling has firmed up. Allow this to cool completely.

1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler over a low heat.
2. Do the same for the milk chocolate & add red food dye.
3. Pour the white chocolate over the slice, add spoonfuls of the red chocolate mix & mix with a toothpick to make swirl patterns.
4. If you want add some heart decorations, then put in the fridge to set.
5. Cut and serve to your loved ones.
