Cannot comment on the audio (as I believe the audio quality in the video doesn't do it any justice) ... anyhow, a nice little setup (eventually with the exception of the CD player ... a Phillips CD100 would be a much better match here).

Thank you for the video. I like this Pre-Amp. I have ordered all the parts, PCB, etc. I plan to use it with my DYNAKIT ST-70. I have a question. Does the input need anything more than the transformer to supply the 260V and 6.3V ?. I have 115 VAC here. Thank you.
The secondary will be AC260V and 6.3V, you may need a transformer with AC115V primary.

Did you connect the horn tweeters directly to the amp? Or just in the high frequency binding post of your bookshelf speaker?
Yes, you may connect it with the amplifier but the main purpose is to compensate HF for full range speaker.
