Félicitations ! Brian Molko est un génie. Son talent ne cesse de croître. J'adore Placebo et The CURE. Après tout ils ont même partagé la scène une fois. Un groupe qui a encore une grande carrière devant lui !
Johnny's always running around, trying to find certainty. He needs all the world to confirm, that he aint lonely Mary counts walls, knows he tires easily Johnny thinks the world would be right, if it would buy, truth from him. Mary says he changes his mind, more than a woman. But she made her bed, even when the chance was slim. Johnny says he's willing to learn, when he decides, he's a fool. Johnny say's he'll live any where, when he earns time to. Mary combs her hair, says she should be use to it. Mary always edges her bets, she never knows, what to think. She says that he still acts, like he's being discovered. Scared that he'll get caught, without a second thought Johnny feels he's wasting his breath, trying to talk, sense to her Mary says he's lacking a real, sense of proportion So she combs her hair, knows he tires easily Johnny's always running around, trying to find certainty. He needs all the world to confirm, that he aint lonely Mary counts walls, says she should be use to it.
They didn't have a video camera with this cover ? oh well whatever they probably just put on the singing and kept the original music everyone does that, with the 1964 track you can cut the vocal out I've done that
Robert Palmer was amazing. Great cover. For all the haters, obviously they know good music. They covered this and Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush. I like their version of both songs, and they obviously know their musical influences and their past.
No. Aberration: State of abnormality, deviation, distortion...
You mean abomination surely.
This is not a version of the original. It's an aberration
My name is Johnny, and I'm never gonna leave my Mary
I love you :D yeaaah
Awsome sound... om
Nice.
Bellissima.... wonderful

@eethomasf32 Yes that's another great one, this is one of those bands that knows how to do great covers.
AWESOME
Prefer this version over the original, much respect to Robert Palmer of course, this band twisted it to make it almost their own.
Loved this song when Robert Palmer did it, and I thought I was the only one...thanks Placebo...
