If you get to try these on your wrist side by side you’ll be surprised by how you’re likely to prefer the Tag. Its proportions are much better.

You say you don’t enjoy the daily “chore “ of winding the speedy as it can be time Consuming in your busy day ? Firstly it takes barely 30 seconds to wind it to full capacity, secondly you are missing the whole point of a manual wind watch. It’s exactly that relationship of winding and interacting with it that makes it so much more than an automatic piece. You become more connected with it and you develop a more personal connection with a manual over the auto and it’s a reminder of how things used to be. It’s a romantic nod to the past in this fast paced , evolving and forever rushed climate , I for one enjoy that 30 seconds or so I take to wind the speedy and set me up for My day ahead , but hey that’s just me , perhaps I’m old fashioned.

After owning both and reflecting on which one to keep, I've come to the conclusion that the Heuer has a better design, and it's less boring. It is also more unique compared to the speedy.

Purely based on looks I give the dial to tag and case to omega.

I'm a big fan of vintage Heuer chronographs. The lugs, the pushers, the dial. Everything is so pretty. Not a fan of the moonwatch. I don't like the short pushers and the plastic handset.

I tend to agree I would take the carrera over the speedy for the dial and box crystal alone. But as you know we have, it seems, very similar tastes ☺️

This video angers me so much because you have a Longines Sector Dial and I don’t. What a fantastic piece! I’ve been looking at dealers and they never have one in stock. Looks like I might have to order one.

I bought a Heuer in 69’ . Now, 55 years later I bought the Blue Glass Box. Gift from my Wife on my 70th. No , as in NO rotor noise at all. I do agree about the weak lume. I can not take mine off. Fine vid! So far running at 3.01 sec. per day fast. I am sorry to hear of your terrible TAG experience. Now I REALLY feel fortunate!

Tissot green dials are too similar to a datejust.....

I have a Tag Gulf, blue, great watch love it.

I looked at one over the weekend. I dont like how the letters are printed directly onto the dial. For that price, you'd think they would at least give some raised numbers like the tudor north flag! Still, I love the simple design.

As a German from stuttgart I am sure that 0 to 100km/h takes less than 9 seconds in a Porsche. 😊 I assume it is mph or 200km/h. For me the skipper or reverse panda please. 🎉

Perfect choice. It looks phenomenal on your wrist. The sector dial has long been on my want list too. Also, I’ve owned the steel Bigeye briefly, but sold it because it was too large for my tastes.

Can you confirm the lug width? Ive seen reviews saying it's 21, some saying 20, and tag says 20.7mm.

Looks really good on the stainless strap. I’m a total sucker for reverse panda dials especially from brands like Zenith, Breitling and Tudor. This is definitely on my short list. Can’t decide on this or a Rolex 16622 Yachtmaster.

What a great review! And I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been looking for years for the perfect watch-it doesn’t exist! Just cost me shed loads of money trying to find it, but with with the Casioak range, I’ve arrived. I’ve got the grey one and now as an alternative, I think I’m going to get this green one. They are amazing watches. Just the right size, weight with all the functions you need. I don’t like the black strap ones so this green one will do me fine. Thanks for tipping me towards it. I won’t regret it!

my wrist is smaller (5.8") where 39.5mm is the better option, but i chose the 41.5mm instead mainly because of the size proportion and less crowded dial.

I cant actually find these watches (amazon/google), I just got the steel 2100 w| khaki band! this seems so cool!

The latest Carrera's are all extremely impressive. Even the basic date 36mm ones are great. The Glassbox is one of the best chronos at its price point.

The wagche cool looks nice ,but the strap is realy too cheap for the price,other swatch less expensive have good bracelet ,so why not these?
