Legoland - Does it stack up?
In this video I'll be taking you on a tour of Legoland Park as I went along with my family at the end of the summer holidays in 2024. I discovered some good things and not so good things about the park and I will be sharing those within this video.

Camping in Snowdonia National Park and the Llanberis Lake Train

This time we set up camp in Snowdonia National Park, head to Llanberis and take a little steam train around the lake to get a good view of the mountain itself. Hi everyone and welcome to the next video of the 3 peaks in 3 weeks trip. This video is about a visit we did to Clearwell Caves in the Forest of Dean. We loved it here and were actually very surprised we did. It looks like a little roadside attraction and so we were surprised when we left the place 3 hours later! The caves are beautiful and the history was fascinating.

Great video. I bought a cflity tent on the strength of your video. The one I found was a 2 to 3 person tent. It has an awning and vestibule. I love it. My son also bought one. I have posted a video on CZcams if you search my name you will see the tent I bought.

@JustPickOneUK me and my son have only tried a couple. There's nothing to shout about if I'm honest. One is fabulous but not allowed a fire pit, so it's not that good as the midges are relentless.
@johnkucak same as Loch Lomond then. Was there earlier in the month. They seem to eat insect repellent for breakfast up there 😄
Nice video! I’ve gotten into camping myself this summer and have been going to the New Forest campsites by train - you inspired me to try Holmsley next weekend. I love to find those little hidden spots although usually don’t manage it as I can’t get there till past 7 pm on a Friday night and they are usually taken 😅

Yeah just a bit. We've been very lucky with the weather up to now so we can't grumble.

It is beautiful here. Except now we have torrential rain, but that has the silver lining of keeping the mozzies away!

I love how the horses seem to own the New Forrest. I enjoyed your video. No way I could tent camp here in the southern US. Temps have been in the 90's. Higher in some places. We have a caravan and have been on several trips this year. Happy Camping!
Yes they do. They have the rights and we have to wait for them if they are in the road. They really are beautiful. Their movement is restricted a bit with cattle grids in the road, but there are many campsites where they can roam freely. They do help to keep the grass level low as well which does help maintain the sites. The temperature here at the moment is in the low 70's. I imagine tent camping in 90 degrees would be horrid. Thanks for making the video. I have been wanting this since it was released but the random faulty screen issue and the fact it is over $1000 here in Australia has turned me off buying it.
It is a lovely camera and fairly easy to use once you get familiar with it. I am recording more videos and will publish them soon. $1000 is a lot of money, but worth the investment if you need something new
