For anyone reading dis comment right now, I’d like to say dat I appreciate all tha advice given to me. I think tha best advice given to me so far was from dat one dude who told me to just talk to girls even in-person who may be less attractive than normal. The only way you will know for sure is if you conduct an experiment and field the results. Be objective and neutral. Identify where she went wrong but also where you went wrong. You will look and feel stronger AND exercise releases endorphins which make you feel good! 🙂 And going makes you care about your diet more because you don’t want all that hard work to be for nothing… A tip for acne: a lot of places sell “pimple patches” these days but they aren’t as good as just straight up hydrocollid bandages. I think J&J sells some that are big squares. Just cut them into small squares and wear those overnight it helps SO MUCH. Just remember to take them off before leaving the house. People will notice and they won’t tell you 😒😂 For work, look into the trades. Guys in the trades are hot. Something attractive about a dirty workin man hahah idk how to explain it, and I think they make decent money to. With girls/dating. It’s hard not to take ghosting personally. But if it makes you feel any better I’ve been ghosted many many times and it does hurt and is confusing. I found my bf when I wasn’t even “looking”. I was focused on myself and my hobbies. Also having hobbies gives you something to talk about so you’re more interesting. Try talking to girls you aren’t even interested in. Just talk to all of them. It’s like exposure therapy. You talk about the problems you have (no self confidence, doesn't know how to talk to girls, always getting played, addicted to girls you will never meet, etc) but you never even mention anything about trying to change your circumstances. Things don't just accidently get better one day by accident. You're making an active choice to be in this spot simply by not spending time bettering yourself. You're expecting the worst, because you create the worst through your actions and attitude. If you want to have a trash life forever, keep not doing what you're not doing. If you want to take control of it, start working on learning how to do so. There is an unlimited amount of material on CZcams that will help you. But you have to believe that first, and if you don't, you're screwed. its definitely a mindset because 3 experiences or even 10 experiences are not enough to make a judgement on whether girls hate you or not. You have these low self esteem thoughts because your allowing these few instances to shape your perception around women. But I understand that its pretty fucking hard to think otherwise when all your recent experiences have been shitty, it would seem stupid to NOT think they hate you. No matter how difficult it is though, you need to understand its mindset and its not that they just hate you. Understand that not every girl is gonna be like that. If you continue to think this way and lower your self-esteem then you will have a harder time approaching girls due to lack of confidence.
