Why don't they ever sell the wheels shown on the concept cars? Most are weak and ugly, but these are OK, although not head turning.
It can skodafuj.
We have had one for the last two years
Just got a new one
Watching from Ireland
Thanks again for sharing
Are these seats standard?
These seats are standard with the fantastic Match trim.
Weak engine for massive car
Is it available in Estate (Combi)?
Hi, Unfortunately the Škoda Fabia is no longer available as an estate model.
@PulmanMotorGroup thank you, oh that's a shame cos we have a 2015 fabia estate, the boot space is fantastic for a small car, I still think there's a market for small estates over small SUV, we rather have a car than so called SUV's of today......... oh well...... choice is getting very very limited!!!!
We need it in an Estate like before and the 1.5 tsi engine with a manual gearbox. That would be my chioce.
Hi, the estate model is no longer available. Another option would be the fantastic Škoda Scala!
There is no Fabia estate anymore. You'd need to look at either the Skoda Kamiq or the Scala.....
Thank you for the video . It would be interesting to see the light signature by turning on / unlocking car also in the front
Have you heard anything that there is a delay on the Dsg Gearbox orders?
Sorry but I would never have a VW golf ever again. I had a MK8 and it was the worst car I have ever owned. Was in the garage more times than I think I drove it. Was supposed to come with electric and heated mirrors but didn't. Payed extra for winter pack no heated steering wheel only heated front seats so I had to be given refund. Then lots of updates which it had to go in for. Then a recall for a new steering wheel as all the dash lights kept coming on. I had it 3 years and it had only done 3000 miles. So I know have the new Astra and its a way better car.
Vw are giving 5 years warranty on new cars In Singapore. But 3 years to there beloved Europeans customers 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. F off Vw
It looks very slick, round, and plastic-like, bubble style with a huge TV that doesn't fit into the design. The way to the successful design is simple, Volkswagen, takes the Touareg and makes a smaller copy of it. Why these round ID's shapes are present where strict forms gone?!
And why not talk about the ride quality on our crappy pothole filled roads? Do suv absorb more bumps than lower cars?
@alacarte5073 The UK is a part of Europe.
I think he meant the EU
Never watched your videos before. A great 5 minute run around without all of the crap the other reviewers give. Thank you it was very informative and gave me a really good assessment of the car.
Thank you so much. Remember if your looking at buying the new Tiguan head to www.PulmanGroup.co.uk
I hate seats with integrated head rests. They're for sports cars, not SUVs. Every body isn't the same.
I cant stand the light bars, they make an already ugly looking car look even worse imo…😂
Cupra Official website has a technical drop down page which sets out charging performance. For DC it should charge 5-80% in 35 minutes. Actually it took 50-55mins. Worse still it never even peaked at the rate it would need to average to achieve 35mins. The specification is not caveated. A courtesy Cupra did the same. I have detailed charge info but neither VW or retailer Listers have challenged the accuracy of the information. VW Cupra website doesn’t say that the battery safe mode will impact on AC charging performance. Rather it advertises cheap overnight charging and recommends Ohme and Octopus: I purchased both. If the AC charging depends on the battery safe mode then it should state that. It doesn’t. Indeed there is no explanation of battery safe mode and why/when and on what criteria it will be activated. So 75/80% of time it half charged overnight which means I could not get to work and back!
Given my experience of both AC and DC charging of the Born I’d avoid for any kind of use where reliable charging is required
I want to see more UK reviews to make up my mind. Most youtube reviews are european
We will be doing a more in depth video on the Scala.
Gorgeous car.
We really think so. Whats your favourite part?
@@PulmanMotorGroup front... Where can we see them in London. They still have the boring looking one .
Gorgeous car.
Wtf did you made a 1 minute and half short worm shit for...
All VW started too look same generic cars just like Audi, so this T-Cross is the new Tiguan, hell no!
Remember VW do own Audi 😉
Can you name a car company where that isn't the case? Its called brand identity and all manufactures do it.
the 2024 in the UK looks a little different then the in the US i just bought the 2024 sel r line
both are really nice love it
@@loufrank2518 They are fantastic cars, whats your favourite feature?
What a beautiful car 🔥
We agree, we love the new front end to the Tiguan!
Looks fugly imo, I can’t stand the light bars, hopefully some Wizz out there can deactivate them and just keep normal lights
All the things that affect range in an EV, apply to Petrol and diesel cars too. MPG is Range! Drive fast in a Petrol car you’ll get less MPG which equals less range. Same with bike racks and towing same as extra passengers or weight.
Merci pour vos bons conseils 👍
Merci pour cette vidéo
Stupid time to release this. Completely contradicts the reasoning behind his departure.
You dont see K Phillips smile very often Ive always found him miserable Was a canny footballer though
SAFC manager in the future i hope ! driving through Sunderland as well in the VW
Plug in hybrids are moronic. Double the complexity of either a gas only or electric vehicle. Probably triple the complexity of an EV. More to break down and still pollutes
Excellent review
Glad you liked it!
He should of ironed his shirt. Not just put it on out the packet !!!!!!!
great review, nice informative style. Im a company car driver, so Im test driving both. cheers
Thank you! Which one did you go for in the end?
@@PulmanMotorGroup gte
Till it goes wrong which it will.
Traded in a Mk7 Golf GTi Performance for a Mk8 Golf GTE last week. Blown away by the amazing performance in electric only mode. On longer journeys, in hybrid mode, it is unbelievably economical and will overtake quicker than my previous GTi. Infotainment is a bit complicated but I am slowly getting my head around it! Superb car for those who don’t want to go all electric yet. What’s not to love. PS I live ‘down south’ so didn’t buy it from Pulman (sorry Pulman).
You are lucky that you already got one, vw is not able to produce enough cars here in germany, as so many people ordered it because of the very low leasing rates. Mine will arrive in May 2021 :D
@@St0ne2013 Wow that’s a long wait. I test drove a demonstrator the day after after it was put on the road. Had a ‘must have moment’. Ordered it and took delivery ten days later.
very cool. I purchased a Mk7.5 GTE just over a week ago. A great second car, and not bad on insurance considering I am 19
I'm considering buying one, but how's the mpg in hybrid? and range in ev mode in "cold" weather?
This time of year it’s about 26 miles in EV mode but much depends how you drive it. I live in a rural area so travelling at 50 - 60 mph drains the battery quicker than urban at 30 mph. The last time I filled the fuel tank I had done 806 miles and put in 32 litres. Short distances pure electric. Longer journeys hybrid. If in hybrid and the range display shows 11 miles and you know you are 10 miles from home switch over to electric. In pure electric a charge is the equivalent in cost of 100 - 120 mpg. If you are regularly doing 200, or so, mile journeys it is not the car for you, buy a diesel. I gather it will do over 40 mpg in just petrol. It’s a great car and a pleasure to drive. The electric added a whole new dimension to your drive. It handles, steers and has a better ride than my previous Mk7 GTi Performance (probably helped by the superior standard fit Goodyear tyres). Goes like the wind in Sport mode when engine and motor work together. A recently viewed CZcams video had a review where they accelerated a a GTi to 100 kph in 6.4 seconds and a GTE in 6.5 seconds. Enough said.
Thanks - nice short introduction of both cars.
Hi, we are glad you liked the video! Both are fantastic cars so it definitely comes down to personal preference!
