Measuring 10000 ohm resistance in my windshield wiper motor. Set range to mohm and get ol. Does this mean that the wire is cut. When I put it into continuity there is no beep. So the wire is cut? Thanks.

Could FLIR explain why they designed the probe holders on the back in such a way that you cannot put both Red and Black probes in the upward position and therefore be able to use it to test wall sockets or panel terminals with just one hand? PeakTech 1700 doesn't have this issue, Megger DCM330 doesn't have this issue, Benning CM 1-4 doesn't have this issue, IDEAL 61-415 doesn't have this issue, only the Fluke T5 and T6 have this issue, so maybe FLIR should stop taking inspiration from them?

I have one of these m22 buttons for around a year now. I used to have a piece of metal blocking the button from being able to lock. This helped so much

Ideal 61-737 is not a good meter. i have had mine less than a year and cant get it to read capacitance and that was the reason I bought it.

Anyone still use these? I have one in a failing public water system. It is in remote mode, and none of the 3 lights are on. The remote control is a Hand/Off/Auto switch. When I go into local mode, none of the 3 lights are on. I need to learn how to get it into Keypad operation mode, so that I can manually reverse the motor if/when needed.
