When performed routinely, these exercises are used to improve mental clarity, concentration, and memory. They may also help to reduce anxiety and joint pain.

Hi Master, is there a such thing humming or making sounds during exhale while doing 8brocade?
Hi There, I am just piping in. I do sometimes make a "hiss" sound on the exhale, but only when I am demonstrating or practicing with someone who is new, so they can tell that I am exhaling without my using words. If they hear the hiss, then they know that I am exhaling without having to look at me, or hear me say anything.

Can I ask where this sequence was filmed.....it feels like it was in the UK....am I correct? Apologies if you have been asked this question before.
