Ok so lets say you want to create a foot patrol mission for police. Can you make it to where the order they do objectives is randomized each time instead of in order? In stead of ABC I can do CBA or BAC or CAB etc etc each time they do the kission?

You can custom-change the array for the location module stage so that this stage gives random coordinates for this stage at each new start of the quest. This way you can do it for the subsequent stages of the quest, as a result of which, one quest would have "unique" locations for the same plot each time.
