The body is tense at first...hence why they suggest half a teaspoon at first for the first few days because you may toot and poop. Yet the body becomes adjuster to it if take daily. I would start on a day you are off especially if your body is super intense and the CALM vitality will ease the body. However after a few days, the body adjust...can have as much as a tablespoon daily. On a bad day, I do like half teaspoon in the morning, 1/2 teaspoon during the day. Then a teaspoon or so at night. I do worry on overdosing if on some days I do more than that. Yet if take that daily plus other calming activities...2 teaspoon a day is fine as recommended. Helps me to regulate as well. The charly horse gone.
Yeah I took to much last night đ it hasnât been that bad tho, Iâve had way worst hahah I have water retention all the timeee, and it seems to be helping, Iâm going to have to take it for a month to really see results tho

I do this all the time now I also wear a weighted vest. Its such a simple trick The new thing im going to do is sit more on the floor. Improves strength and mobility over long term

Another trail to the summit is through Bear Canyon. The trailhead is on a spur road (with homes) off Baldy Village. I lived in one of the cabins on this trail in 1971 - 1975 and hiked the summit several times, once at night under the light of a full moon.

@@SonjaM1988 but you only took it once? I mean you could get it on your diet avocadoes, bananas or nuts are high in magnesium
The craziest thing magnesium did for me was that it normalized my high blood pressure. No seriously... after just a week or 2, my chronic high blood pressure dropped down to 100ish over 65. No doctor ever told me I could just be magnesium deficient. Also my chronic anxiety is pretty much gone. But that also is attributes to taking NAC and glycine to build back up glutathione reserves depleted by chronic stress. I don't know how doctors don't know this stuff.
Most take less than 10 hours of nutrition before they graduate.
They don't want to know, trust I've been sick for years and they never helped me, the natural doctors helped me.
@@tinajackson6875 It's kind of disgusting if you think about it. I feel like there are too many people out there who get into medicine just for that big paycheck, and not for the love of the science. I rarely meet a medical doctor who shows any level of intellectual curiosity about how the body actually works.

Thanks for sharing! Just tried my first spoonful last night and whoa đ€Ż I had the best sleep that Iâve had in years. I forgot what sleeping well even felt like until last night. I also suffer with chronic high blood pressure. Iâm on three blood pressure medicationâs and itâs still not consistently in range. Happy to hear that this helped your BP, hopefully itâll have the same effect for me!

You gave a lot of helpful information and Iâm hoping it will work for me as well. Iâm also sure Iâm not getting enough magnesium in my diet maybe so this can help with this!

Trying Calm tonight for the first time
You should have explored the observatory when you worked to get to the summit! This was a nice videoâŠI have done most of the great hikes in LA but have never completed the Wilson hike. Iâm not sure how the CZcams algorithm sent you to me but itâs nice to see hi-qual video of that trail in the second half.
Mt. baldy is two completely different things: 1) Counter-clockwise makes it a wonderful day hike. Reasonably comfortable and well paced. 2) Clockwise makes it a thigh and arse burner right from the startâŠit is so steep in the first half of the climb that your body and mind never get a chance to enjoy the fun of a hike - itâs just a hard workout. The down hike is easy but your so tired from the climb that you just want to get home.
How many miles each way?
Where did you park? It's my first time going Friday and I'm not sure if theres a parking lot or if you park by the side of the road?
Thatâs a tough way of doing it. Next time Iâm taking the ski lift.
Love the Mt. Wilson Trail, I hiked it many times when I used to work in Arcadia. I recognized all the markers along the way like First Water and Orchard Camp and the turn onto the Toll Road. I will say it looks like you went to the false summit instead of the actual summit. When you're on the Toll Road section and when you get to the part where there's a big water tank on the left, there will then be a use trail on the right side that takes you to the very top, about 1/4 mile up. You will arrive at a parking lot and nearby is the Cosmic Cafe (open weekends only) and the observatory a little further. Last time I hiked up there it was pretty hot and I was really looking forward to an ice cold soft drink, only to realize I left my money in the car at the trailheadđ. But the nice lady at the counter filled up my platy with ice water for the return trip. If you hike the Toll Road trail starting at the gate on Pinecrest in Altadena it's a longer but easier trail to the top. Anyway, I really enjoyed your video.

I use it on my woody before feeding it into my wife's mouth. She said it taste really good and no longer salty. So if you like wood in your mouth, this is the way to go.

@@joimeeful Since I only drink rarely, I like to treat myself with some "quality stuff". I always go for "La fin du Monde" in my local bar. If I would drink more beer, I would probably go for something light and bright, maybe a coos light.

I have had a Charlie horse the other night and my leg is still sore I have problems with constipation and I have anxiety I tend to have chest pains from time to time every since June 22nd it's not a heart attack it's a panick attack from severe personal stuff that I have been going through and so yesterday I found this 20 oz bottle of natural vitality calm that the YMCA was giving away and I picked one up there and I'm going to try it for myself to see how it works
