What happens if the property i want to move to a trust are not financed? Will that be considered donation?

How much does Intergen charge to set up and manage a trust for this purpose of moving assets into the newly established trust?

So are you saying if I nominate my child to be the only beneficiary of my assets and life policies they won't have access to them until they turn 18? The guardian can chow them or even the government guardian fund their managers may chow it.

It sounds like having a trust is expensive and needs people with enough monthly cash flow to maintain it.

Hi. How much does it cost to do a living trust and if I wanted to transfer assets into that trust will I need to pay monies to SARS? Are there monthly costs to maintain the trust or is it a yearly cost?
