I did exactly as you suggested here: He ghosted, breadcrumbed, he wanted me to indulge him and to be committed to him, but he was never going to reciprocate and never going to commit to me. He kept me a secret, he never introduced me to his family and friends. He took all from me and gave nothing. He was low-vibrational. I found out he was dating other women as well; he was sneaky and insecure, he had issues, secrets, he was definitely not commitment material, so I told him I forgave him and I took my power back and walked away. He was a liar and he was wearing a mask. He came back but he didn't change his attitude, he had this grandiosity. He wanted me to chase him, but I didn't. He was a taker, not a giver. I could see right through him. He was a player. So after all I gave and did for him, seeing his betrayal, I cut cords with him myself. But at least I was transparent, honest and I didn't ghost but clearly communicated that it was over.
