Not sure why but I thought of these two things: 1. Try right clicking and rename the file to "whatever.mp4" to make sure name syntax error is not the reason why file does not play. 2. It usually saves in .mp4 or .gif format for me. So next time make sure before you run the code in the "Create videos from frames" section, unselect "create_gif" option so it creates a movie not gif. Other than that I am not sure what happened. Sometimes the actually mp4 files is hidden in the folder with all the raw .jpg frames so it takes some digging around to find the actually movie file in you Google Drive.

Also website like Numizon.com has price references (better than PMG price guide but it only has prices for some notes and not all). Best is the "Banknote Book" through greysheet.com but it has a monthly subscription so I don't use it (it is probably the best price reference). Some use "Heritage auction" website (free sign up) to look for "past sales" to get an idea of what people are paying for the banknote. Hope this helps :)

Standard guidelines do exist. Look at www.theIBNS.org website for international guidelines. Also PMGnotes.com for standard on graded notes. On older paper money, due to age and quality of paper used, the guidelines can be more lenient. Thanks

Ok, all right :). The story is beautiful and I agree also, it is a very beautiful banknote indeed. Yugoslav banknotes (pre WW2 and after WW2) are well designed, even beautiful. There is an interesting fact regarding the 1000 Dinar banknote from 1920 issued by National Bank of Kingdom of Serbs Croats and Slovenes (Kingdom of Yugoslavia after 1929). The banknote shows Saint George killing the dragon. In Slovenian part of Yugoslavia this banknote was called Jurij or Jur (a slovene version of the name George). And even now when people in Slovenia talk about money, about prices, about monteray value they still say "Jur" (George) for a 1000 Monetary units,..., like: "How much is this?" 2 Jurs (or 2 Georges for 2000 thousand EURO for example). :). Or they would say : "Give me Jurja (Give me a George)" if asking for a thousand. :). Best regards.
