Hi! Stock amp. it worked normally in the radio and the new amp in the back along with it. (photo: 0:24). When you turn the volume to the right: the front amp and the new rear amp are boosted equally. And on the new one, you could also adjust its own volume.
Hey how much is your fuel consumption?
It really doesn't work with a light foot under 9L of gasoline. Rather more. The average is about 12L-14L for long routes.

@@raul1983 Yes, the 55Occ injectors will take quite a bit (and now I have a GT3076R turbo as well). But even with 440cc injectors, you can drive on the highway for 8.5L/100Km (I have them in an S60T5).

How much hp?
In this video it was around 250HP because the little Garrett T25 turbo won't do much more. I have now put the GT3076R in the car, but again I have a weak M46 transmission. It will still take some time to reach 400HP :-)

@@blazernotes Now I have a GT3076R turbo that puts out 1Bar (that's 300HP for sure) and thankfully the M46 still holds together. But right now I am buying a new trans-Getrag 265, it is strong enough for 600HP. Thanx.

hey man what kind of blow of valve do you use ??
What is heard on the video is not Blow Off, but the compressor surge from the turbo. And I did it by completely plugging the little blow off that is on the turbo. Now I have a new turbo and blow off, but that's in the next video.

Hello! The dump valve is not yet on the video. What is heard is compressor surge. I did it by completely blocking the blowoff valve which is directly on the turbo. Now I have a really big dump valve on my car. But for that I had to put the MAF before the throttle(with the LH 2.4 Unit).

Would you be willing to make a video of your fuel setup and how you setup the fuel rail for an fittings. I have a nuke fuel rail but im not sure the extent of what i need to change
Hi! If you have a stock LH2.4 control unit, it needs 3bar(43Psi) at max. throttle. You will assemble the bar and the regulator (you will not connect the vacuum hose to the regulator). You start the car and watch the gauge regulator. You set the screw to 43Psi, connect the vacuum hose (in the SAMCO-brand video). When the vacuum hose is connected, the pressure drops to about 31Psi (so that the idle speed is low). That's all... Do you understand? Feel free to ask more.
@@kishmick i meant what did you have to do to get the actual fuel lines to adapt to the aftermarket fuel rail sorry, are you running a fuel cell? did you adapt the inline fuel pump to different fittings? more so what did you adapt to make it run this system but also thank you for the info as i will need that once the system is setup.
@@4soggy Hello! My system starts with a heavy duty AEM fuel pump that is in the tank. I replaced the second pump, which was in the middle of the car, with a filter (the OEM hose under the car remained original). And how about single mass clutch kit, with springs inside? Or its difficult to find, who fits? And whats the feelings with your standart clutch kit? Driving is not too uncomfortable and sharp?
Looking your website, you did very big job to your volvo. Big respect! I also have p2 xc70 2000year model with 2.4T . Its without haldex. Already Welded some transmision parts, to be full time awd, also Some liftup, xc90 wheels. Some strenghtening upgrades to weak parts - as cylinder block, angle gear box sleeve, etc. And now Im thinking about your upgrade - welded DMF. But cant decide, is it will be good with DMF clutch kit.

Thanx! The DMF Clutch kit has a weak spring on the clutch (SMFs have a strong one). This creates a special effect (on my car). When it gets more into the power, it stops at the end and then goes all the way as if there were no springs. Like a racing clutch without springs. Cold!

i had stock c13 too 1.2bars and it was fun until it exploded and all motoroils went to intercooler and whole engine broke becouse oil pressure went down
Yes. Thanx. You're right, the small turbo is already leaking a little oil. I monitor the oil pressure gauge as often as possible. I installed a new intercooler last weekend and the old one had min. 1 dl. - 1.5 dl. old turbo oil. I drive the car as little as possible and I will replace the turbo with a new bigger one as soon as possible.

Hello! Once you increase the engine to over 340 HP, the OEM Dual Flywheel LUK will be 90% destroyed. It happened to my friend too. I bought a new Sachs 2294001348 and welded it after the circuit - I did SMF. It cost about 370 Dollars.

Sorry about the music. I was a total newbie to videos when I made that video. The engine idles the same sound on SMF as it did when DMF was there. I have been driving with the modified flywheel for 2 years and everything is still the same (in perfect condition).

Dobrý den, koukněte na Bazoš. Je tam inzerát s názvem: "Wideband Lambda Controller ... " Kupoval jsem to od pána bez lambdy-levněji(LSU 4.9 jsem vzal z Ali. a funguje super). Jinak já osobně už mám v druhém autě i budík od AEM(je dražší). Ale jinak je to stejné, jenom se to liší designově(rychlost podobná - cca 20ms). S tímto širším mají lidi většinou problémy, kam ho "nacpat". Já ho dal do S60 T5 nalevo-vedle výstražného spínače blinkrů. Tam, kde má Volvo-Rko ty 3 tlačítka(Comfort Sport Advanced). Hodně štěstí! 🙂

I really like this dual exhaust setup! It really sounds great and looks unique from the back. I am seriously considering duplicating this design for my P2 V70 2.5T except without the second muffler on the left hand side, just a tailpipe with tip that mirrors the right hand side. Wonder if that second muffler on the left does much to tone down the sound volume as the right side is just straight piped to the bumper from the first muffler. Is there any drone with this design in that 1,500 to 2,500 rpm range? P.S.: I also like the music.
Hi! Thanks a lot! The muffler on the left is "high flow" and reduces the volume very little. Rather, it changes the sound to medium frequencies. The reason why I didn't put it on the right side is that it would already be too low. So I kept the one on the left and the right one I already kept for another project car-Volvo 940 Turbo. There I put only one resonator and one muffler (same as here). Video coming soon...:-)

Hi! There is an original plate on the calliper. I just spray painted it black. But now I have different brakes. I have Brembo 330mm from a V70II R. The old ones were 316mm. They were good too, but the "R" ones are even better!!!👌
Jen takový dotaz, má nějaký smysl, že na levém laufu je další tlumič a na pravém holá trubka? … zkoušel jsi srovnání 1vs2 rezonatory? Díky :)
Smysl to má jen v barevnosti zvuku. Nejvíc propouští výkon downpipe bez katu a průměr 76mm celýho vedení. Rezonátory jsem zkoušel 3 možnosti: žádný, jeden a dva. S jedním to ještě moc lacině hluboce dunělo. JInak je zajímavý, že i u výfuku se čtyřmi průchozými "Straight-Through" 76mm tlumiči, má auto větší výkon, než s jedním tichým (i když třeba sportovním 65.5mm) tlumičem. Je to asi největší závěr z celýho videa: dát všude průměry 76mm a nebát se pak počtu tlumičů. Pak dosáhneš i u menšího obsahu 2.4 litru celkem obstojnýho zvuku a přitom nezabiješ výkon.
